Bought for exercise on pavement. Cushions well, however it looks like it might start wear down a little quickly. Especially on spots where I regularly put pressure, after a few uses I noticed some imprints that weren’t going away.

This mat has good shock absorption and is fine for yoga, stretching, and exercises such as sit ups. If you plan on doing any exercises that are even remotely dynamic though you'll be disappointed. There is absolutely no grip to this mat and if you have a hardwood floor, have fun while it slides all over the place. When doing exercises such as jumping lunges you can feel the mat stretch under foot. I now use this mat simply for stretching and basic exercises and anything else I just do on the floor...I regret this purchase and wish I'd spent more on something better.
It is what it is. Serves the purpose of an exercise mat. It's not the thickest and my flatmate ordered the same one which arrived with a small split in the side but the price reflects that. Overall good value for what it is. Also really appreciate the neutral colour.
Great for a first yoga mat. Already have a little tear on it unfortunately due to heavy use I guess.Price wise it's good and it is also comfy. Also use it when I meditate as well as it is comfier than having my legs/feet on the floor.
Great mat, I got this to keep my (20kg) dumbells directly off the floor and to have somewhere to do situps. The 6mm thickness is comfy for me and the length enough (>70kg f, 170cm tall). Good for price. Has csrry strap so you can easily roll up and take with you.
Very positive product! Doesn’t slide around when doing more excess and not too much with more vigorous exercise. Also good thickness and support, doesn’t hurt my back when doing sit ups or crunches. Would recommend!
