I used it while binging shows on Netflix. Probably about 1-2 hours a day for roughly 3 weeks at maximum weight, and the spring snapped. Considering the price and the constant use im not surprised it broke. wouldnt recommend to people trying to get stronger just get one with more range as you will likely out grow the 14kg in a few weeks anyway.

Dear Rebel Sports store,The Celsius hand gripper is excellent! I have now been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I feel this will assist in developing my hand muscles.

If you need to strengthen your grip or forearm to spin a cricket ball better, undo jars for the missus, be a more proficient tong slinger on the BBQ or to be a master at the Italian pine cone hand then this is the bad boy you need in your life! Great product. Helped reduce the pain from my tennis elbow (that i got from gaming).

This is great! I bought is as a gift for a friend that’s doing rock climbing and he was so happy as “it’s gonna improve my strength “ he said.
This product works well when used for high repetition but even the highest of resistance isn’t particularly difficult and therefore seems a little useless. However, you get a fairly good workout in your forearms when you do some high repetition. I also find that the springs now have started making a squeaky noise every rep which is a little annoying. Overall, a decent product that gets the job done when used correctly.
I bought this to strengthen my hands as I've got painful joints with arthritis. It is very easy to adjust and you can start on the light setting and work your way up to being more firm, as it has a good wide range. My son uses it to strengthen his hands for basketball as well. Very happy with my choice.
Does what you expect. Easy to adjust. Perhaps could be a little harder to squeeze when put at hardest setting
This was recommended by our EP. The ability to alter the resistance makes it perfect for graduated training.
It's OK but it could be a bit stronger. Who knows maybe if it's too strong it'll actually be bad for your hands and fingers. Anyway it'll be a good buy for dudes, females and older people (everyone) because if the strongest setting is too high you can turn it down to an easier setting ;o).
Completely useless. When a 91 year old can use it at the hardest setting with no problem you know it’s not fit for purpose. Rebel won’t refund as it’s not technically faulty.
