Very useful, but restricts leg curl on bench. I helped this by turning the lat attachment 180 degrees which helps with tricep curls.

Very useful, but restricts leg curl on bench. I helped this by turning the lat attachment 180 degrees which helps with tricep curls.

Great equipment for chest muscle training. However, would have been awesome if the vertical bar would had more screw holes to allow it to be attached to benches other than Celsius.
Have been using this for a few weeks, feels too short to get a proper pulldown going. I am only 6 foot.The plastic glides tend to come off easily when doing more than 20 kilos.Overall its ok short term, just don't expect anything amazing.
An excellent attachment to the BC3 bench. Easy to use, a bit tricky to put together. Doesn't glide as smoothly as I expected but does the job. Good value.
The perfect addition to the Celsius BC3 Bench. Well worth the money spent as it adds more workouts to an already amazing bench, making is a must have!One negative is the instructions, they are so poor, it actually took me nearly as long to figure out where all the bits go, as it did to build the bench itself. (The screws and mounts for the wheels are tiny in the manual and very poorly labelled).But all in all, I'm very happy with the purchase.
Not designed for tall people and the whole unit does not stay upright when loading it with heavier weights while staying well within the maximum weight limit.It tilts and parts separate when loaded with weight.Works ok for tri work outs with the lower weights but I have used a rope to extend the range in motion but not ideal for back excercises when loading above 30kgs.
For the price its pretty decent. Could be a little more sturdy. Also my pack came without one of the metal washer /screw which sits in the wheel, i had to find a similar one if not it was unstable
Great attachment for basic home use. Easy to use and is very easy to set up. Ideal for light weights would go over 20KG plate on each side (40KG all up)
