I bought this salt instead of the pink salt that I usually buy as I read that Celtic salt is lower in sodium and higher in magnesium which I think I need. It is moister than the pink salt and obviously does not taste as salty. I think I may be using more of it because of this.
I bought the fine celtic salt and i use it daily. I pop a small pinch under my tongue just before i drink my water as well as using it for cooking or seasoning. It definitely stays moist and is a very good quality salt
