Yum this salt taste delicious, plus a little goes a long way! I was using pink Himalayan salt for a really long time but after a bit of research felt like Celtic Sea salt might be the better direction for me and I’m just really happy with this. Really nice size bag and the salt is super fine like the description. Compared to the Himalayan salt it kind of feels like it has a bit of moisture still but it works super great.

You can get it for relatively cheap at green grocers, and I chose to try this brand as my first grey salt because the name is trustworthy, the reviews are great, the product is quality, and was happy that the salt turned out to crunchy and delicious. I'm happy with the decision to move away from Himalayan, and next time I'll try their Makai as I didn't know it had a higher relative trace mineral content than this one.

We need minerals every day to balance our electrolytes - this product is all I use. You can add a pinch to your bottled water. Bottled water has No Minerals in them, unless you get electrolyte water. Potassium is very important to help with sugar metabolism daily. And I find this salt is not too salty when added to food. Unlike what most people think...Salt is Necessary in our diet and it doesn't give you high blood pressure. . Look up Harvard's last study. It is the kind of salt - Morton's Iodized salt is a chemical bath - get it out of your kitchen.

Excellent taste. Since I started using Celtic Salt in cooking food the taste of my food change to flavorsome. I highly recommend this Celtic Salt which is beneficial for maintaining excellent health, reduces bad cholesterol and enhances water absorbtion in blood system. I received this Celtic Salt in extremely enclosed packaging. Very clean quality and I received the product in India in excellent packaging. It helped in overcoming my intermittent breathlessness. This is a top quality sea salt that can be used to improve the taste and mineral composition of the recipes you prepare. Use frequently to add dietary minerals and salts to your dishes. The main benefit can be noticed in summer when it is hot, as it helps fluid regulation in the body. This medium size package of salt should be kept in the bag or in a wide mouth container (no salt shakers as trace minerals in it cause clumping, so it will get stuck in the holes. Definitely a quality ingredient for cooking, not recommended for salting after preparation, unless you like a crunchiness added afterwards.
