I buy these for all of my family and colleagues every winter. I take one every day throughout the year and 3 a day throughout winter and I rarely even get the sniffles. It also helps to speed up the recovery if you do get sick. I highly recommend this! I prefer this larger size because it's better value for money.

I have not been sick with the flu for years. People around me at work fall every day with flu and I just don't get it. I swear by this product. My husband takes it as well and has not been sick with the flu for years also. We are in our sixties. Two tablets every morning.
I have had a vulnerable immune system making me prone to becoming run down & getting colds. Since taking this daily for many years, I've not had a full blown cold. If I feel one coming on, I take an extra dose & by the next day or 2, cold symptoms are gone. Highly recommended
