I use one capsule in the morning and one at night.I cut them open and put it on my face on clean skin.10 minutes later I put my normal moisturizer on.I am 72 and my skin looks amazing. At least that's what other people tell me.

Short Expiry Date

Bought it online but found out it has left only 8 months shelf life. Preferred to have a longer expiry date since it contains 250 capsules.
