I have been taking this vitamin daily for the past 6 years. I worked night duty for many years and would take one before going to work with a piece of toast and a cup of tea. It must be taken with food and a drink otherwise it will cause nausea. Make sure the drink you have is at least a glass to wash it down as far as posible rhen you should find it doesn't repeat on you.

I have found this vitamins give me great even energy without a drop off in the afternoon like coffee produces. Plus it contains all the nutrients I dont always get from diet. Love it

I have been buying these Energy vitamins for the last few years now.Great product as my needs as a woman, mum keep changing as approaching middle age, such a great new product on the market.
Everyday I have one I feel great and tat I can do everything, the days I don’t take them I feel sluggish. There is a noticeable differences, I highly recommend them.
