All the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Really wish I’d scrolled down to the 1 star ones before purchasing. 1. Assembly instructions are way too confusing for a supposedly simple set up. 2. Product came with no spring washers. 3. Was very hard to set up because the screws were flat and would move along with the nuts. 4. Feels very unsturdy on the door frame even after tightening everything as much as I was physically capable of. Don’t waste your $40 on this.

It was missing washers and one of the screw holes is stripped. Also it didn’t fit in my door frame no matter what I tried. I think my door frame is too thick so it can’t hook around it. Lost the receipt so I’ll just use it for dips. I’m not really sure how you’re supposed to do push-ups with it. The manual wasn’t very clear. It’s a shame because it has a nice design and looked to be better than quality than the random Amazon ones. The part that goes up on the door frame with the “centr” logo is also plastic. I wish it was metal like the frame is.
Worst absolute item construction I have ever tried. I couldn't even get past the first bolt! It provides a nut to screw on one side with a slick head on the other. Bolt just continuously screws. Such poor construction that I couldnt even get the nut off after I got it on. Never buy this product. Maybe I am dumb, but I cant see how people are putting this together.
The central pull up bar is a great addition to my daily exercise. The whole construction of the bar is very sturdy. It keeps me in place with every move. I feel very secure while performing push ups and chin ups. The bar has soft grips that provide additional support while protecting the bar itself from slipping off. Very easy and convenient to use and store. When I am done exercising, I take off the bar and place it behind the door. When I need it again, I just place it back for couple seconds. The metal parts are very durable. They don’t bent with applying some pressure on them.
I absolutely love this pull up bar. I put it together and set it up outside my kids' bedroom. Everybody in the family (5 of us) has used it now. Walk by, do a couple pull ups. So easy to use, and easy to install. Love the multiple handle options the equipment gives you. Really can work out the entire posterior muscle groups, the arms and shoulders with the different grip locations and angles. And the handles are the perfect amount of cushion for comfortability as well as getting a good grip. I was nervous about it ripping down my door frame with my 180lb body. It held perfectly fine, no issues. You'll love the convenience, and the product!
So excited for this product but couldn’t even assemble it. The bolts are flat heads on the top and can’t grab it to screw the nut in. The nut moves with the bolt and nothing happens and it’s stuck. Returned to Walmart like that because I can’t even take the bolt off for the little bit that it’s screwed. So disappointed. Try another one this one is junk.
Just pull up bar was extremely easy to put together. The instructions are very easy to follow. It feels like very high quality. Unfortunately this did not fit in my door, but I love the added feature of being able to hang it up on the wall. It holds quite a bit of weight. And I love the different hand placements, to get multiple workouts in. It also is very comfortable, and my hands don't slip while using it.
Since the pandemic, I have been strictly working out at home as it is much easier and saves me a lot of time. The only problem is that I do no have a lot of space. This Centr Pull up bar solved my problem. It is a space saver as I can do my pull-ups, push-ups, dips and chin-ups with just this device.When it comes to quality, it is nicely built and is very solid. I love how easy it is to install on the door edge to do my pull ups and how easy it is to remove so that I can work on my push-ups.With all that being said, I really like my new Centr pull up bar and highly recommend it to anyone working out at home.
