I've been taking multivitamins for most of my adult life Centrum have definitely got the recipe right! The pill size isn't too big to swallow doesn't taste bitter in the slightest. The benefits are obvious when you take them long enough... I like how it includes vitamins multiminerals, it's got every extra ingredient that I would usually take separately so that saves me money in the long run too!

Centrum is a great quality multivitamin product that covers tons of the bases for your bodies nutritional needs in one single pill that you need take one time daily. No matter how healthy I try to eat, I always feel my very best when I take my daily dose of multivitamins. I’ve seen noticeable improvement with my level of energy, in my skin, and in the softness of my hair. Only thing I don’t like about them is the flavor, and how big they are to swallow. Some people don’t seem to mind it, but for me it’s definitely not the most appetizing, so I deducted a star simply for that one thing. Other than that, it’s a great product!

The tables are quite large with a chalky taste to them. Sent to me by Influenster to trial. This is a complete daily multivitamin for the 50+ age range, which supports vitality, bone strength, immunity support and eye sight, a good all-round tablet for fighting back, however, be careful using alongside other medications as you may be having too much of certain vitamins.

I think these vitamins are great! I have been taking them once a day in the mornings with my breakfast and I feel like they are effective. I like that in a single tablet I can support energy release, immunity, metabolism and nutrition- it’s an all-in-one easy to swallow tablet free from gluten, lactose, nuts and wheat which makes it really convenient. I trust this brand and would definitely recommend this multivitamin.

Definitely felt I had more get up and go whilst taking these. Didn’t feel as tired. Had more energy. Tablets were quite big but easy enough to swallow. Didn’t have that horrible after taste from tablets. Nice size of bottle. Not too big or bulky. Would def recommend.

As a vegan I thought I had a balanced diet. You eat vegetables so you’re healthy right? Absolutely not. Do I want to have a balanced diet without the need for supplements, yes ideally. BUT to ensure you get everything you need taking these can support your health and well-being without having to worry that you may have missed out and can’t catch up. Why wouldn’t you chose to use a supplement to maintain your health so when life takes over you’re covered.

Feeling better for it.

I started taking these over a year ago and religiously take one a day with my muesli, it took a while to feel the benefits but I feel much better than I did a year ago. I cycle between 30 and 50 miles every weekend for 6 years and I was finding it harder so thought I 'd try these. It's taken a good 6 months but I now feel stronger and my stamina is way better than it was before taking them. Well worth a try but don't expect a quick pick me up be patient.

On the whole, I am not a great believer in taking supplements but last year, I had incessant mouth ulcers and I felt really run down. One of the ulcers was so big and painful that I thought it might be an abscess so I visited my dentist who suggested I ask my GP to do some blood tests, which I did. Whilst waiting for the results, I decided to start taking a general vitamin supplement and an iron capsule each day. The blood tests didn't show anything abnormal. However, the mouth ulcers ceased, almost completely and I felt better. Might have had nothing to do with the vitamins of the iron capsules, but I am continuing to take them and I do feel more fit and healthy so they obviously are not doing any harm. I'm sure these are OK but ...

I had to change to this brand of multivitamins as my old preference has been discontinued. I really don't like the colour (a sort of grey/blue) as it feels odd swallowing something that looks like this, and they are not coated tablets so I have to cut them in half to swallow - and they taste weird. They contain most of the things in my previous tablet, except a probiotic. So, time will tell, and I will continue to look for alternatives.

Magical especially for getting rid of warts !

I started taking these a few years ago when I was advised to take a Vit D supplement by my dentist. At the time, I had some extremely unsightly warts on the palm of one hand and several fingers of both hands which had been there many years, painful lazer treatment not getting rid of them. Within a few weeks of starting Centrum, they started to turn brown, which worried me at first, but then they started disappearing altogether, with good skin underneath. A few scars left behind, but no return of any warts since. This was truly magical and when I told my Dr, she said oh, your immune system must have been low - what a shame taking something like this many years earlier hadn’t been advised.
