I've been taking multivitamins for most of my adult life Centrum have definitely got the recipe right! The pill size isn't too big to swallow doesn't taste bitter in the slightest. The benefits are obvious when you take them long enough... I like how it includes vitamins multiminerals, it's got every extra ingredient that I would usually take separately so that saves me money in the long run too!

Centrum is a great quality multivitamin product that covers tons of the bases for your bodies nutritional needs in one single pill that you need take one time daily. No matter how healthy I try to eat, I always feel my very best when I take my daily dose of multivitamins. I’ve seen noticeable improvement with my level of energy, in my skin, and in the softness of my hair. Only thing I don’t like about them is the flavor, and how big they are to swallow. Some people don’t seem to mind it, but for me it’s definitely not the most appetizing, so I deducted a star simply for that one thing. Other than that, it’s a great product!

These are really easy to take with one capsule a day. I got these free from Influenster and centrum and have been taking for 30 days and found myself feeling more energised. I have also stayed cold free which this time of year is a miracle. I have already repurchase and will definitely continue to take and see what Difference they make

I really like those multivitamins, it’s like an insurance policy to ensure my body gets all the vitamins and minerals. Especially now, busy wintertime it gives much more energy and endurance to cope. So much power in one small tablet!

I've been trying these tablets for the past 2 weeks have already felt a difference in wellbeing. I have more energy than before as I was lethargic before taking these. Easy enough to swallow taken with a meal. Would definitely recommend trying!

I received this vitamin on the voxbox. Take a lingering to review because I wanted to give a full review.I’m a very active person so I do take lots of vitamins .I have to say this is a great one if you think in start a multivitamin. You can see some changes in energy level .For me the only downside is I find the tablet quiet big . Overall 5 stars 🌟

I think these vitamins are great! I have been taking them once a day in the mornings with my breakfast and I feel like they are effective. I like that in a single tablet I can support energy release, immunity, metabolism and nutrition- it’s an all-in-one easy to swallow tablet free from gluten, lactose, nuts and wheat which makes it really convenient. I trust this brand and would definitely recommend this multivitamin.

Definitely felt I had more get up and go whilst taking these. Didn’t feel as tired. Had more energy. Tablets were quite big but easy enough to swallow. Didn’t have that horrible after taste from tablets. Nice size of bottle. Not too big or bulky. Would def recommend.

Great Overall Multivitamin and Mineral

Have been using these for years and they are brilliant in my opinion. I recently had some intolerance testing and blood testing to see about my health and my vitamin and mineral levels were apparently excellent. I put that down to taking these multivitamins and minerals.
