What I would suggest for anyone looking to supplement their diet and not knowing where to start is to avoid a multivitamin and instead focus on a smaller number of key health areas. The most important supplement anyone can take that I would suggest more than anything else, would be Vitamin D. If you live in the UK (or any country with minimal winter sunlight), it is very safe to assume that during the winter you are deficient in Vitamin D. I would recommend supplementing daily throughout the winter with Vitamin D3, and taking a Vitamin K2 supplement once a week.

I've suffered with vertigo and low energy levels for almost a year now and one thing I've recognized is I don't consume enough iron rich foods in my diet. As a male you're supposed to get at least 8mg of iron per day which this give you. According to the bottle it says that 8mg is 44% of your daily value, but most websites will tell you 8mg is all you need. With that said, be careful with your iron intake. If you get enough iron from your foods, these aren't for you.

I have used this product for the last 21 days and I can honestly say that I feel great. I’m not a big eater so I know for sure that I am not having all of the required vitamins and minerals so this just helps. Since taking these I have noticed a vast improvement in my energy levels, attention span, alertness, sleep, well rested, immune system, mental health. I have been taking these centrum daily multivitamins for almost two weeks now and the benefits I’ve noticed have been incredible. Normally in the mornings I’m tired and it takes me a while to waken up but now I take tablet soon as I’m awake and the energy boost has been great.
