The product is marketed as a 'complete' multivitamin/multimineral food supplement, with a formula that has been 'specifically developed from 24 specially selected essential nutrients that support your diet and wellbeing'. Taken in moderation, the product would generally be a helpful addition to the diet of an average man. When dug into a bit further, I would take issue with some of the ingredients. For example it contains Magnesium Oxide and Zinc Oxide. These are both the least bioavailable forms of these minerals (meaning a very small amount of the elemental minerals are actually absorbed into the body), and instead I would opt for Magnesium Glycinate and Zinc Picolinate respectively. What I would suggest for anyone looking to supplement their diet and not knowing where to start is to avoid a multivitamin and instead focus on a smaller number of key health areas. The most important supplement anyone can take that I would suggest more than anything else, would be Vitamin D. If you live in the UK (or any country with minimal winter sunlight), it is very safe to assume that during the winter you are deficient in Vitamin D. I would recommend supplementing daily throughout the winter with Vitamin D3, and taking a Vitamin K2 supplement once a week.

I've switched over to these mainly because they contain iron. My One A Day and Rainbow Lite brands don't have that. I've suffered with vertigo and low energy levels for almost a year now and one thing I've recognized is I don't consume enough iron rich foods in my diet. As a male you're supposed to get at least 8mg of iron per day which this give you. According to the bottle it says that 8mg is 44% of your daily value, but most websites will tell you 8mg is all you need. Either way you can safely consume about 40mg a day if you're deficient in iron. I haven't been diagnosed as that, so I take my 8mg and the few milligrams I get through food will be enough to benefit me and hopefully bring my energy back. It can take 3-6 months to get low iron levels back to where they need to be if you're anemic, but mentally knowing I'm in the right direction makes me feel positive about it. I took these for a month and had to stop for a week because I was on antibiotics (iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium can block the absorption of antibiotics), so I'm just now getting back on them. I did feel I was starting to feel a little more myself while taking these so I can only hope over time they'll build up in my system and bring me around. With that said, be careful with your iron intake. If you get enough iron from your foods, these aren't for you.

I have used this product for the last 21 days and I can honestly say that I feel great. I’m not a big eater so I know for sure that I am not having all of the required vitamins and minerals so this just helps. Since taking these I have noticed a vast improvement in my energy levels, attention span, alertness, sleep, well rested, immune system, mental health. I think overall I just feel better within myself. I would highly recommend as majority of us don’t get all of the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. At £14 for 60 days I think is great value for money especially when I have never felt better.

Centrum Men’s is a comprehensive multivitamin supplement designed to support overall health. Packed with essential vitamins and minerals, it addresses common nutritional gaps in men’s diets. The convenient once-daily formula is easy to incorporate into a routine. I found the pills a little on the large side at first, but after a few days of use they became easier to manage, I can honestly say that I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels since using them, I find I have much more energy first thing in the morning and I’ve almost cut out caffeine because of this, hoping to see continued benefits going forward

I was Awake, Alert, full of life and felt like I could break some world records. I didn't feel any kind of energy crash until sort of 6/7pm, eating more regularly & drinking much more waterDay 5 - morning intake 6am, I feel like a new man! At 32, years of body abuse through working out, playing sports etc I normally wake up for of aches and pains but now I feel loose, ready to roll & for the first time in 4 years I ran to work! Throughout the day I was constantly focused, ready for the next task and just overall felt so much better! Rather than a pm crash after 7pm I felt myself slowly getting tired.Overall:These are a solid 10/10... I felt much more awake, ready for any challenge. I felt more hungry without craving junk food/snacks. My sleep was significantly better and because I was eating more regularly and food clean meals I actually lost a 2lb as I just wasn't craving the sugary snacks anymore! For men of 30+ I would say these are an absolute must! I know I will be using these everyday for aslong as I can!!Must Buy!!!!

I have been taking these centrum daily multivitamins for almost two weeks now and the benefits I’ve noticed have been incredible. Normally in the mornings I’m tired and it takes me a while to waken up but now I take tablet soon as I’m awake and the energy boost has been great. Also as a runner that’s where I’ve noticed the real benefits because now I seem to cruise through runs. No tiredness in the mind or muscles. Great to have so much in one tablet. Tablets are a little on the big side but go down smoothly enough. These will be a regular purchase going forward.

My experience with this multivitamin supplement has been quite positive. I've been taking it for about a month now, and I've noticed improvements in my energy levels and overall well-being. The combination of vitamins and minerals seems to support my immune system, and I haven't experienced any negative side effects. The convenience of a once-a-day dosage makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine, ensuring I stay consistent with my supplementation. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable multivitamin option.
