After years of using generic multivitamins, I recently tried Centrum's Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement for Men. Admittedly, most multivitamins are pretty similar to one another. One notable difference with this Centrum product, however, is the smooth exterior of the pill. This coating has two benefits. First, it helps the pill go down easily. Second, it prevents "tasting" the pill as you are ingesting it. (We all know that if it isn't a gummy, pills aren't meant to be tasted.) The size of the pill is what you would expect from a multivitamin, as are the percentages of the various vitamins and supplements contained within. I also appreciate that the expiration date is almost two years in the future. They will certainly be used by then!

This Centrum Men's multivitamin has a lot packed into each single tablet daily dose. Like most supplements, it may take a few days or weeks to build up in your body so that you can begin to feel or notice some positive effects. As the package states, this supplement helps men with energy (B vitamins and iron), immunity (antioxidants), metabolism (B vitamins), and muscle function (magnesium, vitamins D and B6). These multivitamins are also "Verified Non-GMO & Gluten Free!"

With the Covid virus going around, why not help support your immune system? Give yourself a dose of multi-vitamins by taking this 1 pill daily! Personally, I don’t eat enough fruits and veggies, so this pill is what I needed. This vitamin is supposed to help boost my metabolism, which is great for my diet. I don’t feel any different but at least I know I getting the nutrients needed for my overall health. FYI, this pill is larger than the other pills that I take daily but I have no issue swallowing it with a sip of water. It leaves no after taste, and it does not upset my stomach.

I'm so happy that my husband started taking these Centrum Men's multivitamins daily about a week ago. I was worried about him not getting all the nutrients he needed with food alone. Although, he says he really doesn't feel much different since taking these multivitamins, at least I know they are helping support his overall health and wellness! However, they are a bit bigger in size, but they haven't been a problem and he says, he can't taste them. He also eats with them daily, has a sensitive stomach, and they don't bother him, either. Overall, these Centrum Men's multivitamins are great quality, convenient, and support health and wellness. I recommend these.
This is a great multivitamin for men. It's packed with many important vitamins like Vit b12, Vit D, Vit C, iron and so many more that your body needs to function at It's best. The tablet itself is not very big making it easier to take. After just a couple weeks I've noticed a big positive change in my body from the amount of energy I now have to my metabolism function. Overall I would definitely recommend these to any men that need help getting their daily vitamin intake.
I got these multivitamins because I try to be health conscious, but it’s so hard to get the daily intake for vitamins and minerals. With this multivitamin, you take 1 pill and you get so much great nutrients. It’s hard to tell for sure if there’s in fact a difference in the way I feel since I’ve been taking the vitamin. But it is very much so a load off of my mind as far as being concerned about getting the needed daily dose of vitamins and minerals. It’s also calming to know that I’m taking something that’s really good for my mind and body and in the short term and even long run it’s extremely important and beneficial. Easy to swallow and I highly recommend.

I have been taking these for 3 to 4 weeks now, without changing anything else in my normal routine. So far, I have not really noticed any change in my energy, immunity, metabolism or muscle function. When I first started taking these, for the first couple of days, I actually noticed a decrease in my energy level. After the first couple days, my energy lever returned to normal. At this point, I feel the same as I did before.Note: IF you have a hard time taking larger pills, you may have an issue with these.
This multivitamin is a nice, well-rounded product for those shopping for this type of vitamin. Centrum is a name we've grown to trust, and as a healthcare professional, I trust the products they put out. Oddly enough, I have really grown to enjoy the bottle cap. There are directional grooves that make taking it on/off very easy...unlike other products out there. The size of the tablet is average for a multivitamin and goes down easy. If you're under 50yo and seeking a good multivitamin, this one is for you.
