After years of using generic multivitamins, I recently tried Centrum's Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement for Men. Admittedly, most multivitamins are pretty similar to one another. One notable difference with this Centrum product, however, is the smooth exterior of the pill. This coating has two benefits. First, it helps the pill go down easily. Second, it prevents "tasting" the pill as you are ingesting it. (We all know that if it isn't a gummy, pills aren't meant to be tasted.) The size of the pill is what you would expect from a multivitamin, as are the percentages of the various vitamins and supplements contained within. I also appreciate that the expiration date is almost two years in the future. They will certainly be used by then!

Like most supplements, it may take a few days or weeks to build up in your body so that you can begin to feel or notice some positive effects. Personally, I don’t eat enough fruits and veggies, so this pill is what I needed. This vitamin is supposed to help boost my metabolism, which is great for my diet. I don’t feel any different but at least I know I getting the nutrients needed for my overall health. FYI, this pill is larger than the other pills that I take daily but I have no issue swallowing it with a sip of water. It leaves no after taste, and it does not upset my stomach.
