My experience with multivitamin mineral brands hasn't been a good one. For some reason no matter which brand I try, I end up throwing up each time. I've consulted my Dr on this matter and have found out that because I have a balanced diet... I get enough nutrients from my food choices causing an 'overdose' when I take suppliments. The only thing I do require is medically prescribed low dose iron. Sorry my review isn't better, but I'd rather be honest. On a good note ~ Centrum was the best brand I tried compared to how the others made me feel.

I started talking centrum silver after running out of the other brand I was talking. At first I thought there would be no difference but these have made my nails stronger and my overall feeling is much better. These are balanced properly for women over 50 and have the Calcium and vitamin D that I really needed. I think the other multiple vitamins in there are doing wonders too but I really haven't been searching to see what's in there. I just know I have felt a bit better talking them.

This multivitamin has everything I need in one does that is easy to swallow. I prefer taking vitamins that are made for “me” or specific issues. I’ve taken these for years and will occasionally switch to something else but always come back to this one.

Great for women to keep a valance of vitamin and minerals in their organism. It has everything in just one pill. If you are like me, a person who doesn't want to take a lot of different pill, it is a perfect option. I am satisfied with the percentage of vitamin in each pill. I recommend it.
