Women’s centrum multivitamin is the only multivitamin that doesn’t taste gross or leave a bad odour in my mouth. It doesn’t make my stomach feel sick. It gives me so much energy which is my greatest battle at the moment having a young baby. It’s my first recommendation to anyone who would ask what multivitamin to use.

With my current routine I was feeling very tired, I didn't have the energy to train in the gym and I woke up tired and with an uncontrollable sleep that lasted all day. What I noticed in the first month of use was undoubtedly an improvement in the horrible tiredness I was feeling. Very weak nails and hair, brittle nails and unattractive hair. I'm already feeling an improvement in that too.

Centrum vitamins have been around for many years and of course I wouldn't pass up an opportunity to try the Multivitamin s for women. Taking one tablet per day did make me feel more alert and energized, however the aftertaste was not good. Even when I took these supplements after a meal I still felt nauseous from repeating on me.

Seems good but I also have had bowel issues since beginning this, so how good is it? I had been taking iron separately and wonder if the iron in this version is tougher on my stomach. Who knows? I’ll finish the bottle and then make a decision on whether I ought to purchase more.
The reason I obtained this is because my sister from Bahrain sent me this vitamins last year and my transformation was a blast. I became healthier and looks really younger. I'm 37 and no one can guess that. I will continue ordering this. Thanks iherb & Centrum.

Not worth the purchase. Been almost a week taking the pills but stopped due to stomach pain. I was really excited… I tried everything to not get stomach pains when taking them. Took the pill in the mornings with and without breakfast, afternoons and did not even bother with evenings. Bloating came right after taking them despite being on a healthy diet and calorie deficit. Definitely will be looking for alternative vitamins unfortunately.
