This face wash was recommended by my dermatologist after I was having a really bad type 1 rosacea flare up. My face was in a great deal of pain and I had completely ruined my skin barrier by using expensive Sephora facewash and moisturizers. I like CeraVe and a good foaming cleanser and this product did not disappoint! I have combination oily skin and a daily facial cleanser is a must for me. I used this product every morning and night and was pleased with the results. It didn’t over dry my skin or break me out. It removed my makeup at the end of the day (although I did cleanse twice to ensure it really got everything). I like the foaming aspect, the pump did release a lot of product though but it didn’t bother me that much as I was able to work it into my face and neck. It’s great that the formula is fragrance- and colourant-free. I did also find it good to travel with as it is a generous sized bottle with a pump, but you are able to lock the pump by turning it. This product has changed my skin completely years, abuse and makeup wipes and falling asleep with my make up on additionally also using cheaper make up definitely ruin my skin. I started a new medication so I get eczema and skin rations because I’m medication but this product really helped improve my skin. I do have combination skin so I have dry patches and then super super oily patches. I do have to add sunscreen cream to my face and this actually helps prevent my skin from getting two to oily. Also, please use the hydrating variety as well. If you have combination scanning your skins a little bit dry it’s a game changer.
