No significant improvement in sleep after 2 ten day blocks. Will keep using as effects are said to be cumulative.

So far i seem to have deeper blocks of sleep and less restless sleep. I typically run 2-3 15min sessions before bed and one in bed. Getting the earlobe clips in the right spot can be tricky at first but i soon got the knack. I also get a bit light-headed when the device is running, not sure if this is usual or not.Overall it seems to be working
