The young man who is broke plus a chainsaw dog monster equals Chainsaw Man! Denji was a part-time devil hunter who was merely trying to get by in a hostile environment. He is resurrected by his pet demon dog Pochita after being killed while performing his job, and he then takes on the hazardous identity of Chainsaw Man. Denji is an impoverished young guy who will do everything for money, including using his beloved devil-dog Pochita to hunt down demons. He is a straightforward individual with uncomplicated goals who are drowning in debt. But one day, a trusted person betrays him, turning his depressing life upside down. Denji has entirely changed into Chainsaw Man thanks to the devil's power that now resides inside of him.
