After trying many different application methods I think the best way to apply this foundation is with fingers and then go over with a slightly damp sponge. The foundation looks seamless this way with no streaks. The included brush is more of a concealer brush bc apparently you can use this as a concealer and then the water fresh tint as a skin tint for all over the face, hence the different brush sizes for both products. The reason why I gave this 3 stars is bc for me it transfers very easily and also the price. I have to play around with setting powders but I don't know if I would buy again bc I personally like foundations that don't have to be set with powder.

I love this stuff, gives a lovely natural glow to the complexion. I don't like heavy foundations hence why I was drawn to this as it offers a decent amount of coverage while still being light weight. It's very hydrating and don't seem to have any issues with it settling into fine lines or separating as the day goes on. I was actually complimented by a lady who asked what foundation I was wearing as it 'looked beautiful'... bearing in mind I was tired and had just come off a plane after a 14 hour flight so I was impressed that it still looked flawless after all them hours. It's not the cheapest foundation on the market but the quality is very good and I think it's worth the extra money

I bought it recently to compete with my NARS Light Reflecting Foundation (holy grail), looking for something thinner and natural looking. I have combination skin but lean on the dry to normal side. No matter how I used this product-- with a brush, sponge, primer or not-- it clung to any semblance of texture and amplified it. Every time I did my makeup with this product I hated the end result. I wanted to love this, but it was too thick for me. It felt heavier than my tinted moisturizer. I didn’t use a lot at all. When I touched my face it felt cakey. It also looked cakey in certain areas. My tinted moisturizer never creases and this settled in some small fine lines. Even with one side with a primer and one side with a moisturizer base. I thought this was going to let my skin show through. I might try the lighter version. To me, this seemed like regular full coverage foundation. Returning. I’m light to medium skin toned and the B20 seemed a bit light. Just not worth the money.
I was waiting ages for this to come back in stock so I could try it and it hasn't disappointed. The finish is very natural yet dewy and if you've tried the tint, the coverage is better but still quite light - maybe more medium to light. On a fairly good skin day or on days you don't want much makeup on, this is the perfect foundation. I tend to get mild acne from time to time so not sure how well it would cover but all in all, it's a beautiful finish so would highly recommend trying it. The only reason I've knocked a star off is due to the price - the size is 20ml so feels a bit steep for that but otherwise great. You don't need much on but can imagine it becoming quite expensive depending on how often you'd need to repurchase.
I love it…i think? Very lightweight but also gives a lot of coverage. I find the tiny brush handy for other makeup but not great at all for applying foundation. A full pump is too heavy for my skin, and because of the price I’ve been trying to squeak out a smaller amount so I don’t waste half the product. It wears really well all day but takes a bit of work for it to lie on my skin without looking like I’ve piles of foundation. I prefer a natural look and while I love the consistency I find the product a little heavy. Which is ironic because it is so lightweight.

I was shown this on JL cribbs and looked good there with all the mirror lighting and so bought it. The service was nice but little rushed and attention elsewhere a number of times, due to shortage of staff. I wasn't offered a sample or anything and felt slightly pressured to buy as she kept saying it was 10% off and had done a lot of work on me. I bought it, got home and the coverage in normal light is not good. It is basic and not what I would expect from Chanel or the price. I opened it to try at home and disappointed as I therefore won't be allowed to return. However feel like the product is not what os says, not glowy and not good coverage in normal light. This product has a nice finish, with light coverage. I'm not sure on the shade match.
