I'm an elderly lady in my late 70's. I was desperate to find an eye serum that wouldn't sting the area around my eyes. I massaged using the wand under my eyes, my eyelids, around the crows feet and also on my eyebrows; my whole eye area felt cooled and revived. The texture is so light with no scent, it doesn't feel heavy like some eye creams I have used before. I use it morning and evening as part of my skincare routine, I use an eye cream after massaging in the serum at night only; in order for a little more moisture. I don't feel I need to use an extra eye cream in the morning, my make up glides on after applying the serum, my dark circles have improved and I feel I am keeping wrinkles at bay with the product and gentle massaging. I have enjoyed using this serum, it fits into my make up bag and I often apply the serum again mid afternoon to revive my tired eyes. A little goes a long way and I love the massaging wand; it feels like a pampering treat. Really impressive results, highly recommended!
My skin type is normal/slightly oily. I am in my mid 30's with no major skin concerns, although do suffer with dark circles so I was pleased to be able to trial this product - especially of a prestigious brand like Chanel.What I liked:I did like the applicator, especially in the summer as a hayfever sufferer I imagine it would feel very soothing.However:1. The fragrance is lightly floral but not overpowering for me and I use the other products in the range that have the same scent. It creates a nice base for my makeup and doesn't cause creases or piling.I would say that from day one the cooling effect of the roller applicator made the bags seem reduced and I felt more refreshed. Over the month the fine lines are less and the skin around my eyes seemed plumper and smoother. I've been suffering from migraines and winter colds so genuinely tricky to tell as the dark circles are back but I will keep using it.
