I am a repeat purchaser of Chanel’s blush in shade 260 Azelane. It’s beautiful year round and is buildable. It has a strong floral scent but it doesn’t bother me once applied. This shade is a warm orangey pink with slight glitter. Note: I’m in my 30s and like a more natural look. The shimmer in this is not too much, and I can still wear a highlighter if desired. No fall out, and it stays in place all day (even through workouts). Applies beautifully; not patchy. I am very fair skinned, blonde hair, blue eyes.

Also, it’s important to note it does have a soft scent to it- a lovely, non-offensive “perfumey” smell, but a lot of people don’t care for scents in their products, but I find that MOST luxury products are scented, and that’s part of the whole luxury tag experience. I would NOT call this a pigmented blush- Chanel’s beauty perspective is more “understated beauty”- like I said it’s BUILDABLE- it creates a beautiful, natural “blushing from within” blush. But once again, I believe that’s what they INTENDED for this product so you need to be sure of the product’s claims before you criticize it for things it never claimed! With that being said- I wouldn’t be intimidated by any shade in the range, but if you think it might be too light for your skin tone that’s definitely a possibility because of the sheerness of this powder. I highly recommend swatching these blushes on your skin before purchasing- I thought I wanted certain shades online, but when I went up to the counter and swatched the colors I felt differently and ended up going for a different shade in the range that was totally not on my radar! I think it’s important to see the product in person, and to touch it and swatch the shade with a luxury tag price REGARDLESS- I find shades are not always accurate online, so before you invest make sure you get a good look at the whole range because this isn’t a blush that most people can pick up multiple shades of! With all that being said, Chanel’s blush hits (and exceeds) all the “mandatories” when it comes to a luxury price tag, so I would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their first purchase from the Chanel Beauty range.

Chanel beauty has some amazing products. This powder blush was OK. The packaging is amazing, you get a small compact that has a mirror and a small brush (the quality of the brush was terrible to be honest). The color of this blush is really pretty, it's not that pigmented (won't leave you looking like a Rudolph the reindeer). In my opinion there are much better and cheaper options to get! There’s nothing more luxurious than Chanel makeup! I’m a huge fan of their blush, and have been for years. When I was in my college years I worked in a department store cosmetics department and used to save up just to buy Chanel Blushes to add to my collection. There’s just something special about the classic Chanel compact and the product inside is just as nice! The blush I have pictured is discontinued I believe, it’s #44 Narcisse, which is a cool toned, light satin pink. I also own Rose Bronze, Nude and several more but those are my top faves! This blush is worth the price tag in my opinion, it’s so smooth and the colors are so well curated. The product seems to last a long time, too! Overall, highly recommend!

I love Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Brush. Love the quality of the product, it doesn’t break easily, and with good pigmentation. The 55 In Love shade is easy to match any outfits or occasions. It has slight shimmers to make your face looks brighter. The powder itself not irritates my skin. The small brush is good in case you need it while traveling, normally I use my own big brush. I think it’s a good investment 😀, I recommend the product.

I absolutely love this blush. The color is perfection and the wear is excellent. I have medium to light skin tone and green eyes. I can wear this blush all day without needing a touch up. The color is a very natural rose giving a natural flush look. It is not a bold shade, but perfect for daytime. It can be brushed on lightly with only a powder base, or built up more for a more sculpted look. Simply perfect for a must have.

This is a first impression for me as this is the newest blush I’ve added to my collection. STUNNING. Stunning. Stunning! This color is like the natural color my medium skin gets when I’m natural flushing. It looks like it would have micro sparkles in the pan, but on the face it provides the most pretty glow. This is the new formula, which I saw on YouTube videos is a more buildable formula. I personally never tried the old formula, but this is gorgeous. I prefer a more buildable blush personally. The scent is like roses while you apply it, but after maybe 20 minutes it dissipates. It may not be the best option for scent adverse people. After trying this shade, I’m considering trying other colors in the line! There’s a reason these are a cult favorite!

Chanel Contraste blushers are one of my all-time favorite blushers. Although the formula has been reformed, still blends like a dream. You can use these blushers daily for years and still won’t hit the pan! They’re extremely long-lasting on the skin. Will last all day remain flawless. All the shades are stunning. Very little goes a long way, can apply lightly or go heavy since they’re easily buildable. These are high quality blushers worth every penny. Highly recommend! For $45 and from Chanel, I have high expectations. Unfortunately, this was the worst blush I've ever tried. Even in a sufficiently deep rose tone on my light-medium skin, I couldn't get even a hint of this to show on my face. I kept trying to add more, and every time I'd take my soft sigma blush brush and try to pick up some product, it acted like the opposite end of a magnet: the blush would crumble and fall out of the compact, ending up everywhere BUT the brush (and the other brushes I tried, just to see). The pigmentation is close to non-existent. I expected a light, natural flush (compared to super pigmented liquid blushes) but it added absolutely nothing to my coloration. Very disappointing from a brand I love.
