However, I tried this as it’s a bit more natural, with a bonus that magnesium is also beneficial to their muscle, skeletal, and nervous systems. My kids loved them! I tried 2 gummies at first. Being an adult, I upped it to 4 the last 2 nights, which equals 200 mg. I realize these are for kids, but I was trying them for me. I don't think there was a big difference. I still woke up at 3-4 AM, per usual, having to use the bathroom. I did feel that I was falling asleep faster than without them. My older daughter who can't take pills start taking these for sleep and anxiety. Slowly we all start taking them for healthy amounts of magnesium. I don't know anyone that likes taking pills but that can chew on gummy makes it a little more less annoying. :) All the flavors are very good since some are not always in stock so it is great to try different ones! We mix it up and get a variety but magnesium has great benefits include for your brain and body! They always come well packed and never sticking together which unlike some other brands seems to be an issue. Love this brand for other supplements also! Always gluten free too!!

And because of this, I was so happy when I tried Zahler's apple flavored magnesium gummies. Even though it's a different flavor, they had the same texture as sour cherry slices. Delicious! And the bonus is they seem to be working already... I have had less body aches in just the few days I have been taking them. In fact, I already ordered a bottle in the raspberry flavor. I am so excited to receive them. Highly recommend!!! And I am an adult, lol.
