Bought a month or two ago and starting to rust on top. Not totally sealed. Needs to bee on a very flat level surface or lid does not close properly. Overall good value for a beginner.
It was fairly straightforward to put together, but the pieces didn’t seem to align properly. It made for a really challenging time to keep the temperature consistent. Because of all the extra airflow the temperature would get really hot really fast and you would go through a lot of bricketts. It’s really unfortunate because I was excited to have it and disregard the reviews I saw where the issues are the same but I am returning it.
Impressed with the build quality for the price point. Will take some trial and error to get used to maintaining temperature over longer cooks, but fairly impressed. Good unit for the cottage.
