The JTM 45 amps have a warm, rich character that makes Stratocasters shift and Les Paul scream. The Charlie Brown is made to transform your amp like that typical rock 'n' roll sound. The Charlie Brown V4 has the same heart and soul as the previous model, while providing more flexibility. The Drive setting controls the amount of overdrive in the signal. Below 50% it's a low gain overdrive typical of Hendrix, in the second half it's a new world of crunchy bite unique for the brand, at most it's a big surprising high gain overdrive. The V4 version now offers 3-band equalization to better reproduce vintage Marshall amps. Only works with a standard external power supply (not supplied).
