At last a crepe pan WITHOUT non-stick coating. Much healthier and can stand high temperatures (a good crepe pan must withstand high temperature when empty. To make perfect crepes, your pan has to be quite hot). The only down side : it's cast iron, so it's heavy, and handle gets hot (need heat glove). Also it's big enough to make crepes that you can actually fill and fold. Did I mention the super fast delivery from Everten? Ordered on Thursday, received Monday! Merci!!! Surface is not very smooth containing ridges, omelette stuck like Sh#t to a blanket. requires heating slowly to allow heat to build up not to crack pan. There is a reason they moved away from cast iron. Far better non stick surfaces around like the Tefal. My Seasoned Cast Iron Pans perform much better.

Am learning to make Indian dosa and someone suggested ths particular crepe pan as an alternative to the Indian pan I was having trouble trying to locate. First attempt was a disaster, so made some crepes to make sure I was doing something right - it worked perfectly!! Rejigged my dosa receipe and the pan performed beautifully!It's a well made pan that works perfectly on my induction cooktop. Really easy to clean too!
