I bought this to do tray bakes, it is lovely and deep and is the perfect size to fit my oven, love having a lid and not having to use foil to cover.

I purchased this item along with others for my daughter -in-law who requested baking items for her birthday. She is over the moon with them as she just loves to bake. They also arrived very quickly which I was very happy about too.
perfect deep dish for lasagne and other family bakes. Cooks beautifully on a long, slow cook in the oven. heats very quickly on the stovetop, so keep heat low and watch that onions, garlic etc don't cook too quickly, burn and discolour the base and wreck the flavour of your dish.
This is such an amazing cooking dish. Perfect size for the lasagna I made to christen it. I love the colour, such a wonderful blue.
I have been looking for a rectangular dish with lid for a while and this is just right. It's huge, and it looks great for serving at the table. The lid does not sit perfectly flush but as I have not used it yet I don't know if this will impact on performance.
I loved the (really large) size of this casserole dish, and I love the colour and the shape, and I love that it has a lid! Bought it as a present for my daughter who loves blue and likes to cook really large quantities and then freeze.
