Although Ive only used my Chasseur 3 times to date, its great!I wanted a larger size than my 4.3L (different brand) for larger meals so this size fits the bill.Delivery was nice and quick and very straighforward 👌My only comment for Kitchen Warehouse would be to amend the advert on this size/colour as its a 6.1L not a 6.3L as per your description.All the other colors are advertised correctly as 6.1L except this one.

This was my first time shopping from The Nile, so I didn't know what to expect but I was I was very pleasantly surprised.The whole experience was so smooth and fast!There was a good range of products of this type to select from although I alreday knew what I wanted.The item arrived quickly and it has been a ppleasure to use. And it looks SO lovely in the the bright (but not garishly so) lemon yellow colour. Once I persuaded my cat to stop sitting in it so I could wash it and use it to cook a meal! (Thankfully the box this sized casseroles come in ar e perfect for cats and mine are still using it daily and take turns sitting in the box.)Delivery was so quick given covid-related delays.Highly recommend The Nile!

I bought this size french oven for one reason: to slow-cook lamb shoulder. If I only used it for that purpose, the juicy perfection of my lamb shoulder would make it worthwhile. But it is so much more. Osso bucco for the extended family, large roast chicken, you cook like a chef but without the tedious apprenticeship. Easy on the eye, delicious to the taste buds.
Even though I cook only for myself I find this a suitable addition to my Chasseur 20cm Cherry Blossom round casserole pot for its versatility in accommodating recipes with different cooking styles. Eg. Sautéing vegetables. Love the colour Cherry Blossom
Every cook’s dream all in one! Stovetop or oven. Easy to regulate heat, holds the heat and great for searing slow cooking and baking. Bring out that Italian cook in you ! Make a ragout! My family did and used on Gastop and myself on ceramic! Food tastes like no other. The colours in this brand would match any kitchen decor. Myer gave me a great price and fast delivery. Thoroughly recommend the product as it will last a lifetime and has that guarantee to prove it.
This is my second French oven to make up a set of 24 and 26 cm sizes. A good size for cooking a smaller portion. Chasseur quality is great. reasonably easy to clean. Excellent thermal retention. I get a great result using it to roast meats in the oven.. Add a little water with a meat rack to make steaming pot roast for super soft and succulent meats with concentrated flavours.
