I bought my Chasseur low casserole dish on sale for $243 plus a delivery charge. It is well worth the expense. I have a bigger Chasseur casserole dish with high sides bought over 10 years ago, so now I have them matching. It is a pleasant dish to clean (and that is saying something as who likes to do the washing up – especially if you only have limited space and only one small sink) - not as heavy and cumbersome as I expected - food residue just slipped off the surface so it didn't take long to clean up - whereas with non-stick pans no matter what the brand (as I have Circulon, Scanpan and Tefal) there still is a fair bit of dish detergent and elbow grease required to get rid of grease from Dupont Teflon type surfaces. The variety of colours this comes in made it hard to choose - but seeing as I already had inferno red I decided to stick with that colour to match - but had I not already had the colour I would be left very indecisive as to what colour to get it in as there were some very tempting other colours.

This was my first time shopping from The Nile, so I didn't know what to expect but I was I was very pleasantly surprised.The whole experience was so smooth and fast!There was a good range of products of this type to select from although I alreday knew what I wanted.The item arrived quickly and it has been a ppleasure to use. And it looks SO lovely in the the bright (but not garishly so) lemon yellow colour. Once I persuaded my cat to stop sitting in it so I could wash it and use it to cook a meal! (Thankfully the box this sized casseroles come in ar e perfect for cats and mine are still using it daily and take turns sitting in the box.)Delivery was so quick given covid-related delays.Highly recommend The Nile!

This is the third Chasseur pan that I have bought. I use two at our house and we love cooking with them. The third was a present and I know that recipient will love it. These products are for life, not thrown out after a couple of years; basically an investment. Being able to be used on the cooktop or the oven makes it ideal for a range of recipes.
The size is ideal for dishes for 2 to 4 people. The quality is very good and there were no problems with food sticking when preparing red-braised pork belly. Cooking was a delight with this casserole.
I really like this casserole. It is great quality and very versatile as it works well for making paella, risotto, and baked pears etc. It is also works well as a sauté pan and roaster. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and can definitely recommend this casserole!

Even though I cook only for myself I find this a suitable addition to my Chasseur 20cm Cherry Blossom round casserole pot for its versatility in accommodating recipes with different cooking styles. Eg. Sautéing vegetables. Love the colour Cherry Blossom
Absolutely love it. Perfect size for 2. So many uses and great value. No need to pay the extra hundreds for one more layer of enamel, just look after it then pass it on to your kids.
