Good features Pyrolytic Cleaning facility, Good heat retention.Cooking timer- yet to work it out.Grill tray with rack, has no tray support to to slide tray in/out. Shelf must be removed and placed on top rung of side slides to raise height of the grill tray to position under upper element, for grill operation.Possibly as a cost saving improvement for the manufacturer not the customer.Beyond the loss of thus feature I can recommend this product for use.

I love the way the oven is very clearly marked, the instructions easy, heating is fabulous and the cooking times are terrific. Try cooking Pizza in this oven - you will never buy takeaway again

This oven does not disappoint any way. It has every cooking selection anyone needs, heats quickly, easy to operate, cooks evenly & self cleans. For me who had an upright stove/oven it is great not to have to bend down to put cooking in & out of the oven. You wont be disappointed if you choose this oven.
