Best pants ever Ive been buying chef pants for the better part of ten years. These are by far the best and the only ones I buy anymore. They last about 2 years, they dont make you look like an idiot wearing baggy mc hammer pants. But the most important factor, they are very comfortable. Its like wearing sweatpants to work. Buy these.

No matter what I launder these pants with, usually all dark colors in cold water, theres an incredible amount of lint all over them. Its very frustrating to have to lint roll the entire pant before my husband wears them For the price we didnt imagine wed have any issues such as this.

Im 510 and 150 lbs, athletic build. My fit for pants is usually 30W 3031L. Its a good fit.I had the baggy chef works pants before in small and I could really pull the waist band with lots of room, and had to hem the length quite a lot. I expected the same from these pants in the same size. For the most part, I was right. The waistband was not as elastic but there was still a little looseness to it, and the leg was longer maybe 32. But before I returned it, I remembered reading a review about it shrinking so I took a risk and tossed it in the wash.It shrank just enough for it to fit right. I wear it with my chef coat tucked in and my waist band right around my bellybutton and the leg length is just right.

UPDATE Purchased pants at medium, fit great. for pants I always purchase 3032. for these pants I had to purchase one size up. so far, great pants.Im 61. my waist is 30 length 32, said to order small or whatever and I did. length is just short of where it needs to be, right at or above the ankle. the tiniest bit awkward at work. otherwise very good pants. they ride a little high but it doesnt bother me. because they are good pants.will be ordering again one size up.

Best pair of Chefs pants ever!
27 May 2020

Have purchased three pant types from CW's. This style is the best. The fabric washes well, brief dry then hang on a hanger for a finish that almost appears iron pressed. So far after 5 washes, just like new. Fabric is best weight, especially in kitchen/retail settings. Better than 100% cotton. Got that type too!

Good customer service
2 October 2022

Ordered the size 30-32 slim pants because I wanted a more professional look from the baggy chef pants I normally wear. Unfortunately, despite wearing 30-31 size pants, these were too tight. I had to return this pair and get the next size up which is 34-36, so it's a bit too big and maybe because of this, appears baggy. Would be nice if they made a size in between and labelled it correctly. That being said, I was worried about the return because I had accidentally torn the bag, but in contacting customer service they sent me a shipping label for free return and sent the larger pants with free shipping.

Highly recommend these pants!

I got these pants to help me stay cool while working in a hot kitchen. These pants are a nice lightweight material and fit well. Although they are geared towards men, they fit me nicely and totally work for women too!

Most comfortable chef pants I've had to date
4 December 2019

These are the most comfortable chef pants I've had. I've had them since Jun 2019 and wear them as often as I can. Before June I had bought to the sizing chart (on a different pair of pants from CW) but they were tighter than I liked and the legs were crazy long. This time I bought a size up (XL) and freaking love them.

Nice slim professional fit, color stays strong

These pants are a nice departure from the current trend of "joggers" with an elastic leg opening, or the old trend of "baggies" that look like pajamas. A clean professional look for a serious Chef. Slim, tapered legs. The black color stays fast, they have not bled or faded in the several months that I've been wearing them. You can iron a crease in them if that's the look you want, but they have a "permanent press" aspect to them so if you get them out of the dryer while they're still warm, give them a good shake, they won't wrinkle and you can wear as-is without ironing. Wide, comfortable elastic waistband. These have a fit for a Chef who watches their carbs and does not pound beers after work, if you know what I mean. You're healthy, not overweight. I wear a 34 x 32 in jeans and large fits perfectly.I accidentally splashed some bleach on them, which left brown spots. I was able to re-dye them in RIT black dye, they took it well and the color remains fast. So if they do fade, you can bring them back to a nice new appearance. My cooks are all asking me about them.
