Im 6 4, 300 lbs and this fits A lot of chef jackets are not sized properly. 3XL is usually too big and 2XL is too small. This one fits right. Short sleeves are cool for the hot Okanagan, the material is a little thin so sweat soaks through faster than usual. Very happy with this jacket

Great not too heavy jacket with great priced and well done embroidery. Would definitely get another jacket done here.
I have to say that I could not decipher which size to choose as I have found myself recently having to wear Size 18 instead of Size 16. To determine what size was in the large category for ladies left me bewildered. Having made a few phone calls to Nisbets staff members in different branches, I decided to take the risk to order a large size for my Size 18 physique. It turned out that the large jacket size fitted comfortably. I did not look like and overstuffed Santa Claus and had sufficient room to move my arms around and to wear other garments underneath without feeling as though the jacket was swimming around me. The fit was just right. The finish on the product is tidy and professional. I like the engraved buttons along the front panel and the labelled pocket on my left sleeve. A smart-looking garment. Highly recommended for those who have a problem establishing if Size L would fit if the usual size is 18. I suspect that this size would be suitable for a Size 16 person but it would be best to check with someone else, first. Nevertheless, the quality of the outfit is one with a high recommendation.
This jacket is sturdy yet light weight, the materials are comfortable and breathable. It is well made and doesn't have the stray strings you normally find with mass produced chef coats. The sleeve pockets are located where they should be and not to far forward like a lot of other jackets.
