These tablets are amazing value. Both my husband and I take one every day for hay fever. They work just as well as the more expensive ones.

For me, it's a quite mediocre antihistamine. To get relief from hayfever I had to take two tablets in the morning and its effects would wear off later in the day meaning I'd have to take more in the evening. I still found that my hayfever was still there, just not as bad.I never got any of the common side effects like drowsiness, but from what I understand, taking upwards of 40mg a day is much more likely to cause sedation and other issues. There are much better alternatives that are about the same price (Lorastyne) and even if it's more expensive you will save money if you're like me taking more than 1 pill of c-zine a day. So why risk it?

Chemists’ Own C-Zine works exactly the same as Zyrtec and the savings are amazing. Definitely a good buy.
