I cannot fault the team from bettaI purchased this drinks cooler and sent it back within 24 hours I was supplied in new one and the team was really goodHowever this product is basically flawed it cannot get the temperature unless you turn the thermostat to maximum which means you burn out the compressorWhat CHIQ have done is make a product of the cheap for an extra couple of dollars it would have been a good unitIt lacks a fan inside the unit which regulates temperatureBasically the product is not fit for use so do not even think of purchase in this product it's rubbish

Useless beverage fridge as the temperature won’t go below 7 degrees Celsius. That is NOT cold enough for beer. And that’s what it was bought for.
