I had this fridge for few weeks, so far so good and the external looks good too.In terms of operation - it is quiet and keeps item cool as expected.This is the only fridge I could find at this price with 5 years warranty(3yrs + 2 yrs bonus if you register).If you don't need the fridge urgently, keep checking the price every few days as the price keeps fluctuating on AOL and I got it when price was low compared to other days.

The new ChiQ Fridge/freezer was delivered on time and unpacked/set up in my house.The fridge operates very well and is near silent when the compressor is running. Overall quality is good and the unit is now under a five year warranty. One minor complaint is the main door open/close rail is poorly designed and the tapered ends allow the deposit of dirt or crumbs which are difficult to remove. Also the spacing of the shelf supports in the main fridge area are not well positioned and it would have been a design improvement if more shelf supports could have been built in. Overall, very pleased with purchase and would recommend to friends. Appliance Online service/delivery was excellent. Very easy to deal with.

Replaced 1980s refrigerator that had wire racks. Household likes the glass shelves as can see lower shelves without spills falling onto food on a lower shelf. Bottle rack holds many kinds of bottles. Twist ice container did not survive fall from young adult's hands. Quiet. Excellent value for money. Happy household.

The fridge is fantastic as everything I need. I was worried about the black finish but I am over the moon with the colour, I would recommend more people to buy that colour. Finger and hand prints are not showing as a silver finish shows them instantly especially if you have a young children.Appliances online I rate them 10 / 10. I order my appliance on a Sunday and it was delivered on Monday . I will use them again.
I am loving my new ChiQ 410 litre fridge.Appliances Online's price was lower than I thought possible. Prior to delivery they dropped the price even further for Black Friday and when I called they immediately refunded the difference.They delivered and installed my new fridge and took away my old one at no additional charge. The fridge itself has good quality shelving, is so quiet, very spacious and the freezer section is all space without a bulky built in ice cube maker.I couldn't be happier with my purchase.The 5 year in home service warranty is the icing on the cake.
We bought this fridge in a hurry when our old one died. This was the best value for money and is a great size for our family. It’s a great no frills fridge and works great. I like that the doors do the final shut by themselves. The fridge runs a constant temperature and is pretty quiet compared to others we have had. So far very happy with my purchase. It’s working well for us.
The fridge is fine. But I bought I bought a white fridge as it looks white in the picture. And Appliance online staff also agreed that it looked white in their pictures. But it costs a lot of money to change it over so I’m stuck with stainless steel. So my issue is with the labelling of the pictures. I’m afraid I need something more obvious to tell me it’s stainless steel. Careful when ordering.
Purchasing the fridge and delivery was all hassle free. Free removal of old fridge is a very handy and helpful option. Haven't owned any products from this brand before but gave them a go due to the on-sale price, other positive reviews and being the right fit for our space. So far absolutely no complaints. Fridge looks great, keeping the food at the right temp even through some of the warmer days we've had in the last couple of weeks, runs quietly and the frozen stuff is frozen. Good interior size and layout, nice bright lighting and doors close and seal very well. Very happy with the purchase at this point.

I am very happy with my purchase so far. It does the job extremely well and the there is a lot of room compared to other models that I looked at. It is also very quiet. The only thing that is a little disappointing is the inverted handle on the fridge door. It’s design causes a lot if debris to accumulate and makes it difficult to clean. Other than that I am very happy and what made it even better is the 3 year warranty. The servicemen who delivered my refrigerator were excellent and extremely polite. Thank you AO for making a cumbersome buy and easy one
