Needed a washing machine urgently, great price, big machine, doing a lot of washing using different programs. Only 2 things I can think of that need improvement. 1.. Somewhere to put in fabric soften 2..the spin cycle, need to spin a bit more as clothes more damp compared to my other machine. Not too keen on the black colour but it works and I'm happy. It takes a good size load of heavy blankets and towels.

Was a bit nervous buying a brand that I didnt know, and the price.This washing machine has been nothing but amazing from the very first use. The size is great, we are a large family with girls so you could only imagine the amount of washing we go through. It fits our king size bedding with complete ease. The washing machine doesnt unbalance. Its super quite you cannot even here at it spin, no more shaking the house down. Washes great and very gentle with your items Love it and highly recommend

Washing good but drayer not working properly after wash all the clothes still very wet . Every time after wash I have to take my all wet clothes to town laundry for dry . So thats not good for me spend more money to dry my clothes and waste important time and fuel Thanks
Good machine. Load-levelling mechanism is handy. The ability to just press one button and have it do a simple load is a good feature, instead of fiddling with settings. Glass lid is nice. Lets you add things last minute without halting the fill process. Best of all, it doesn't spend half an hour singing you the greatest hits of Grade Two Recorder Practice when your load is done.
Very happy with it but doesn't have separate place for softening product. It has a container there but whatever you put into it, it comes out same time as detergent. Bit odd because it gets rinsed out with all detergent on final rinse spin. So I add it in final rinse myself.
This machine is so easy to use and it cleans my washing well with 1/2 the amount detergent needed. My only gripe is the outlet hose is held on by a stupid clamp which poped off all the time it went to spin out the water until I went to bunning and brought one of those screw tight washer things and after puttiing it on the hose I was able to screw it tight and doesn't come off now. But would not pay the extra to have the machine installed after asking the gut if it was level , His responce was oh it looks level , which it was not , I had to tighten it myself. After trying 2 machines I went for another brand. The wash cycle simply never stops. Had to manually force the machine to spin for 10mins which kept jumping to 19mims. Took 3 times of repeating that process just to spin my clothes enough to hang them out. Therefore a 10min cycle took almost an hour. Drain hose doesn't stay connected. Flooded my laundry and had to physically hold it on just to drain the machine.
It is not a complicating machine to use. Fits much more in the drum than a front loader and clothes come out a lot cleaner The stop/start feature is great ! Wanting to add something extra in the wash isnt a problem Water temp to whatever you like
Loving this washing machine. It works better than expected. Spin is very good. It doesn't vibrate or rattle. We mostly use the quick cycle as we don't have heavily soiled washing. The packaging is excellent with this machine, solid and all corners protected.
