Full disclosure- I am a woman who uses this. I used to use the rose pickling paste. But Space NK stopped selling it. I needed exactly £40 to get to a bonus gift so I decided to try this. I’m surprised that I actually prefer it. I’m not so keen on the scent which is woodsy. But it doesn’t last pass the shower. This isn’t as drying as the other version. I love her well it cleans my scalp and a little goes a long way. I will definitely repurchase.
This came in within a men Beauty Box & I was intrigued. by the "Thickening Paste" promise so I tried it. Thought the masculine smell would send me away but it is actually pleasant, and I just love how my greasy, fine hair feels after using this paste. I changed to another brand but now going back to CR. Will try the pink volumizing version for the sake of the scent, but if it's not the same effectiveness, I'll definitely stick to this one for eternity!

This is interesting! :) This is a remedy for men, but sometimes I take it and use it myself :) My hair is dry at the ends and oily at the roots. Half a teaspoon is enough for me - very sparingly. After using and drying my hair, I see an amazing effect of voluminous hair. And the effect of clean hair lasts much longer. My husband loves the scrub effect. Fine!

So this is the men's (or unisex) version of the Christophe Robin Cleansing Thickening Paste in the Rose scent. I've used the Rose before and it's fabulous! Yes, it's a very odd texture and takes some getting used to but the results are SO worth it :) I tried this at a male friend's house once and preferred it to the Rose scent which can be a bit overwhelming for some people; the results were basically the same. Volumized hair. If you don't mind masculine scents I'd strongly recommend either of the Thickening Paste shampoos for amazing hair, especially if you have thin hair like me. I'm looking forward to getting the full size!
