This is strong and good for tug of war when you open the rope layer out of the rubber layer. When folded up, it rolls well and captures my dog's attention for playing fetch. Great toy.
I've purchased 3 of these rings so far, and I'm on my way to get another one. This is a fantastic FETCHING toy my miniature Australian Shepherd loves it and he will play for hours chasing it down. He will how sneek off with it if he can and chew on it . That's why I need to replace it, but this is NOT A CHEW TOY it's for fetching and tug-o-war we love it
Destroyed first day by my Golden who loves the balls, aqua toys and frisbee. Everything else has lasted except for this one 😅
Where rope meets rubber, they had rubber torn off in 5 minutes. Kinda hoped it would last 30 minutes
Terrible purchase. Lasted less than 5 minutes. Chewed up! Split the plastic, shredded the pseudo rope. Waste of money!
Bout this one as a replacement for Ultra Fetch Ring as they do not last at all with a hope that this one is more durable. Fetch Tug is rubbish, does not fit properly the Ultra Fetch Ring thrower only in one spot and you have to fit it with your hand LOL. it is also heavy and can hurt your dog. But the design is the major let down. Nylon ring is joint by plastic not welded, perhaps duct tape would be better :-) below is a result of a short play on a beach. Total disappointment
Potentially a good dog toy ... but a 5 month old Nova Scotia Duck Toller destroyed this in just a few hours of use. She is tough on all toys. A more recent non-rubber KONG lasted just over 30 minutes!
