My dog loves this, once you throw it she won't give it back. I only have one issue, when the item arrived, I read on the packaging that you can also get a Chuckit! Ringchaser which makes the Chuckit! Ultra Ring perform better but whilst I was browsing the Chuckit! range I never came across a Chuckit! Ringchaser or I would have purchased this as well. I'm still quite happy with my purchase though, my dog has lots of different toys but she didn't have a ring of any kind and now she does and she's happy with it which is the most important thing.

Bought this for our dog as he played with one that belonged to another dog at the park. Its perfect. Its safe enough for him to chew, easy to throw and an attractive colour. Well worth it. He loves it and carries it to and from the park. Also great for indoors. An all rounder.

Bought the ball before we picked up our newest addition to the family and she's 11 months old now. Being an extremely energetic Rat Terrier she's literally destroyed so many chew toys, rope toys, stuffed animals, you name it. We got the ring to add to her toy box when she was about 6 months old, and both toys have survived long after most others have failed and are nothing but a fading memory. Recently we discovered the ring smells like a fudge brownie, but not sure why.

My amstaff goes absolutely Bananas for this but if i left it with him he'd destroy it in a minute. If I get it back and throw straight away we're golden. I'm going to get a spare ring, it's always easier to get one back if you have another to distract.
Chuckit has always produced great products, and this is just another good one. Has stood the test of time with my two staffies (over a week now - WOW!) and still going strong. With daily fetch, chasey and tug-o-war between them, still looks like new. Only wish it was slightly bigger in size, not only to make it easier for me to slip my hand through when playing tug, but for when they play together - it seems when one dog has it in their mouth it can easily turn up around their snout making it harder for the other dog to grab their end without some nipping of the first dogs face. Overall, great durable product that is recommended
While Chuckit have produced the most durable toys we have found for our 3 year old Kelpie, unfortunately this one lasted about 20 minutes. In 'Fetch Ring's' defence, our little lady pretty much destroys most of her toys within a very short space of time. It would be great for dogs that like to fetch, play and wrestle, but probably not for prolonged vigorous chewers.
My dog loves playing fetch and he loves this ring however it just doesn’t last!!! We’ve purchased two of these now and the first one lasted 3 weeks and the second 5 minutes. I understand every dog is different and no toy is indestructible but for the second one to last 5 minutes and split at the seam to me that’s a quality issue. I won’t discount the brand entirely but unlikely I’ll purchase another ring again until improvements are made. Not sure why it has to be hollow either? Surely it would be better for it to be solid fill.
When I say my dog is obsessed with this toy I am not kidding. I don't know exactly why he loves it so much but when he got introduced to it by someone down the park its safe to say we had to buy our own.As someone who struggles to throw I find if I just throw it at the ground it rolls a great distance and zigs and zags which makes it unpredictable for my dog (half the fun)The only problem is that every dog that encounters it instantly loves it so it's always getting nicked (briefly)We also use it at home to play hide and seek and its a great tug toy too so has been very multipurpose. They are fairly durable though eventually they start to tear/puncture depending how rough you are with it. We just retire those and use them at home for non-swimming ... MoreWhen I say my dog is obsessed with this toy I am not kidding. Impossible to throw and my standard Labradoodle ripped the ring to pieces straight away. Worst toy ever compared with the Ultra ball which is the best toy ever!
Have had the balls before dogs couldn't eat them. So thought I would try these brought 2. One each. I could not believe within 10 minutes the dogs had chewed them both to piece. What a waste of money. Could of gone out for dinner instead
