If my dog could pick one toy, again and again for the rest of his life, it would be this ball! He loves the whistle ball more than anything. The best feature about the whistle ball is the whistle (duh!) this allows my dog to hear the ball and rely on that sense instead of sight. We are able to play fetch in the dark because he uses whistle to guide him to his beloved toy. I have purchased this ball more times than I can count. They are sturdy, bouncy, and yes they whistle!

My female lab, Grace, and her boyfriend lab, John Henry are tough on toys. He actually ate a Kong toy! Every Saturday afternoon while the neighborhood kids play baseball, I play ball with the dogs. I use the launcher, of course, because they play all day. We have a pile of unharmed chuck-it balls. The only ones I even buy anymore. We even have some glow-in-the-dark. Great products at a great price!

A very good quality of dog toy made of soft robust rubber. The toy is recommendable for large dogs with Big jars. Its ressisting and diffenetly Worth to spend Money on. I have 7 dogs xlarge 50 kg. We love our chuckit balls and use the orange ones all the time at the park. Our dog likes this one too. Unfortunately this ball does not float in pools so we’ve lost it a million times not realizing it fell into our pool. The blue color makes it hard to spot too. My dog also doesn’t seem more inclined to use a ball that whistles than a regular ball but could be exciting to other dogs.

Avoid

Got these balls as part of a pack on pet circle, if you bring your dog to the beach avoid these balls at all cost as they do not float. If they go into the water for a moment they sink to the bottom and are impossible to find. Took me until the second ball to figure this out as I thought the first ball had been taken by another dog but no immediately sink. Avoid avoid avoid

Favourite ball

Having a long haired Labradoodle the whistle is an awesome. Best used with a hand launcher to get the best out of it. We learnt the hard way that they sink in water. Waves washed it back to shore much to my relief and my pups delight. We have two in our arsenal now just in case :)

Chuck-its are awesome and have saved my shoulder from endless games of fetch. On to the ball: perfect! They are made of rubber so are kind of squishy/have some give. Nice to throw indoors against a wall as well as outside. Has 4 holes: two for whistling that don't go all the way through the ball and two that do go all the way through to allow your dog to breathe a little with the ball in their mouth. They fit perfectly in the large chuck-it launcher and have a slight whistling sound. It kind of imitates a fluttering bird tweeting. My dog personally couldn't care less about the sound. For reference, I have a 50 lb German short haired pointer who is obsessed with fetch and a moderate chewer.

Ideal

Theyre great. We use a ball launcher for distance throwing. They whistle well, but if youre chucking it by hand you need a strong arm, to be able to throw the ball hard, and fast enough,to make the ball whistle. Theyre quite tough and we get about 12 months daily use with a spaniel. The glow in the dark version is also good, and look great sailing through the darkness. But they do not whistle as loudly.

Sturdy little throw balls

I bought these balls to replace the doggy NERF gun tennis balls. Our puppy is a destructive chewer and those tennis balls didn't last a week.These balls are the same size and are solid plastic and thus far more chew resistant.I highly recommend these balls if you have a chewer like us

my puppy loves it, hes a large breed puppy will be 4 months old this month. ball looks indestructible, perfect for my puppy who is a still teething. he chases this ball all through the house when we throw it. he sometimes lays down and non stop chew
