I am extremely happy with this watch. I love dive style watches and have several but this one ticks so many boxes for me that it hasn't left my wrist since purchasing it. It's light, it's thin, it's highly legible and has fantastic lume. When I first saw it I thought the crown was a little small, but after living with it, it doesn't bother me at all. I've since swapped out the rubber strap for a Maratac Zulu strap and love how it wears. The supplied strap was very good, but the keepers liked to wander and it felt a bit bulky. This leads me to my only "complaint". Citizen, PLEASE add drilled lugs to this watch. I would buy it again as is, but drilled lugs would send it over the top. I'd love to be able to install heavy duty spring bars to compliment the Zulu strap ... MoreI am extremely happy with this watch. I was initially attracted the classic look of this retro inspired dive watch. It has an intriguing back story, a 1977 model was found on an Australian beach covered in barnacles and still working! Quality specs, accurate for a mechanical (I get +7sec/day). Came with the silver faux oxygen tank packing. Starbuy price outstanding. Prompt tracked postage was great. Very happy with my purchase.

The watch is exactly what I was looking for to add to my collection. The blue dial on this pro diver is beautiful and the case and bracelet ooze quality and all for such a great price. This is my second titanium watch made by Citizen and won't be the last as I am now a fan of the light weight. I will have to consider another watch from the Citizen in the future. It's light, it's thin, it's highly legible and has fantastic lume. When I first saw it I thought the crown was a little small, but after living with it, it doesn't bother me at all. This is a great watch. I’ve owned several Citizen watches over 30+ years and prefer more classicly styled designs. This Promaster has a great vintage dive watch look. I’ve never had a titanium watch before, it’s light and comfortable. The case color has a slightly grey tint in certain lighting, which I think looks perfect. Also my first mechanical watch, it’s keeping time within Citizen’s stated specs. Mine runs 8 seconds fast a day, which is fine. I do wish they offered this one on the bracelet, but the rubber strap is nice. I’m happy with this watch, I hope it lasts a long time.
I bought this watch based on the specs and after wearing it for a week it has exceeded my expectations. Super high readability due to the high contrast face, simple hands and markers and high lume. Great wearability due to light weight and great case shape and low height (12.3mm). I like the mainly brushed look of the case and the band that focuses the attention on face. This is arguably the best no nonsense tool watch at this or at double its price point. Love it and don't want to take it off.
This watch looks great, and is very light thanks to the titanium. The bezel action is satisfying, no play once in position. The bezel could have a little more grip, but you’re not going to have issues turning the bezel. Some reviews I’ve seen complain about a loud rotor, you can’t hear it unless you’re in a quiet room actively trying to shake the watch to wind it. Lume is great too. If you’re thinking about this one, I doubt it would let you down.
I've been a watch collector and lover my entire life, but have never had a dive watch before. I was looking for one that cost less than $1,000, and after looking at Hodinkee and Fratello articles I quickly narrowed it down to this watch. It's unreal for the money! Easy to read, attractive, comfortable, keeps very good time, and the quality and finishing is as good as anything out there. The titanium also seems impossible to scratch, so the watch will probably always look like it just came out of the box. I am seriously surprised at how good this watch is, and for the money, you can't beat it. I've been wearing it every day since I got it, and would get another in a heartbeat if something happened to it.
Great little diver. Received it yesterday and I really love the light titanium. Bezel action is smooth and with perfect tension albeit quiet (which doesn’t bother me at all). Good feedback and plenty of grip despite what I had read in other reviews before purchasing. Everything lines up perfectly.The glass is excellent. The bevel does add a little distortion towards the edge of the dial. It’s not the most legible diver out there imo but it has that vintage vibe that it is going for. For me it’s a win.The only negative is the crown. It is criminally small. Not quite sure why citizen went with this style. A little bigger and it would have been a 5/5.The strap seems to be of good quality. A little long if anything. I’d shorten it by 1 cm.Overall a fun diver and ... MoreGreat little diver. Awesome watch! Keeps time well within the spec. Titanium is very light and comfortable. Lume is excellent. The dive bezel is a little muted and I wasn't crazy about it at first, but it's since grown on me, especially considering how good the rest of the watch is. The rubber strap leaves something to be desired, but with 20mm lugs it's a strap monster. Overall, excellent quality, could not be happier with my purchase!

The titanium feels and looks nice, the beveled sapphire glass is a nice touch and I absolutely LOVE the hands. Also has really nice lume, overall the watch punches way above it's price. The one and only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the band just isn't very good. Single solid links that aren't very comfortable and the clasp wetsuit adjustment broke on the first day I had it and will not "lock" in either direction. I ordered a new much better titanium clasp for $55 (with micro adjustments and no stupid wetsuit adjustment) but it's pretty dumb I had to fix a $1000 watch on the first day.
