Had stress induced IBS-C and this stuff definitely got the movement going again! When they say 12-72 hours, they mean it! I did wake up feeling like I could vomit before a movement took place (about 14 hours after I took 2 tablets), but I drank water and that settled the nervous system. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

This stuff works amazingly to keep me regular! I was only having bowl movements 2x weekly and taking this keeps me regular daily. I do not have loose stools with this like you would typically get with a laxative or those natural laxative teas. The only problem I have with this is the price point. It is kind of expensive. You get 100 caplets but the recommended dosage is up to 12 caplets daily, so you can easily use up this bottle in one month or less depending on your problems.

My GI recommended Citrucel - I was nervous about it first but started taking it one a day and increased to two a day. It’s been a wonder. My bowel is regular. It does not give me diarrhea but just makes the stool soft and easy to pass. It’s little expensive - that’s the only drawback. Also, make sure you drink at least 8 oz water when you take this. I didn’t read the instructions carefully and I felt like I was choking the first time I took it. Other than that - it’s great!

I have used Citrucel 500 mg Fiber Caplets for about 10 years and I like it. Harder for me to find in the past couple of years since Costco quit carrying it. I'm glad that I found it on eBay and this one site offered it for $25 per 240 count bottle.

This took forever to arrive and then the lid was broken. Bottle looks old and damaged. How did that happen? Looks very suspicious. In need of a refund.
This was recomended by a doctor to help prevent constipation that sometimes we older folks get but don’t even realize that we have, believe it or not. It helps greatly to take several of these tablets every other day or so to help prevent episodes of diverticulitis which is very painful and dangerous. I highly recommend this product instead of taking laxatives. Stay within close proximity to a restroom in case you take too much. This stuff works!
Don't ever ever do this. I'm sure they're going to use the holidays as an excuse, but there's only 20 parking spots. It's a logistic nightmare. The earliest you can expect your product is probably 45 minutes.
