I recently bought the Claire outdoor range specifically to withstand outdoor undercover weather. The first two months were fine but then the cushions went mouldy even with being undercover and receiving minimal weather impact. I had an indoor couch in the same position which didn't go mouldy for a whole year! I have tried to receive new cushion covers as the base is fine however am now being ignored. I furnished my whole house with early settler furniture and have never had a problem in the past. This is my first complaint and feel I ave been extremely patient and respectful in my communications with early settler an am very disappointed in their response.
