It absorbs into the skin in seconds, leaving no stickiness behind. The skin has almost no shine after application, the oil is so gentle and fluid. Absolute love this!

I was new to facial oils and having oily skin, was very sceptical of using it. This was the second oil I tried and I will never look back! I use this day and night. Sometimes I mix it with my liquid foundation. I love it. I adore the smell. It makes me feel relaxed. It does absorb onto the skin very well. I use 4 drops and rub my hands together to warm up the oil and activate the ingredients, then I press my hands over my face. It’s my little bit of luxury and relaxation. This has never made me breakout, in fact my skin has never looked better. I used to get very oily t-zone. I have combination skin and I like to add 2 drops of this oil in with my moisturiser either in the morning or at night time because I find it works best for me when I apply it like that. This oil absorbs quickly and doesn't leave my skin looking or feeling oily. It doesn't really have too much of an oily consistency. It's feels like a nice serum to me and it's quite thin in consistency. It smells botanical to me and I can definitely pick up on the chamomile that's in it. It has a relaxing smell and I do find that if I apply it at night time before bed it does help me to unwind and relax. Leaves skin silky soft and Dewey

I love clarins products and this lotus face treatment oil is a winner for me. I love that it sinks straight in with no greasy oily feeling. I have combination skin that is showing signs of ageing and this adds no excess oil but hydrates and leaves my skin feeling super smooth and soft and looking Dewey and fresh, not as tired. It smells lovely and has a calming effect on my skin, helping with redness. The dropper is hygienic and makes the oil easy to use and apply and I only need a couple of drops so it lasts for ages so it’s excellent value for money. I absolutely love this product, it’s great for anti ageing and I highly recommend it

Leaves you moisturized and glowing

A friend referred me to the Double Face Serum (absolute must buy for dewy glowing skin) and while buying my third bottle of that thought I’d give other Clarins products a try. This Lotus facial treatment oil is WONDERFUL, I have combo skin with visible pores (from teenage years of pimple popping) and this product REDUCES pores size while providing the skin with the much needed moisture so that they do not produce more oil as the day progresses. On my second bottle now and I absolutely love this lotus oil and would highly recommend it. I do like how reviewers add a few drops to their moisturizer. I like to apply a few drop directly after washing my face, prior to double serum and sunblock

Noticed a difference in my skin...

I decided to do a small experiment by applying this to one half of my face and Clarins 'Blue Orchid' on the other. Both were a GWP a while back back but only just getting round to writing up on them now. A couple of negative points are the packaging - completely wrong for an oil as sunlight exposure will turn them rancid in next to no time. Also the fragrance - far too high up on the ingredients list and not good at all for some with sensitive skin (although won't affect all). The formula itself is pretty basic: primarily Hazelnut Oil based with a few extracts and other oils thrown in. I used a couple of drops each time and only on a night, following with SPF during the day. No night cream needed afterwards, as my skin felt adequately nourished. Where Skin Meets Nurture: Get The GLOW

I will be 71 years old, and I am still working full-time serving on active duty in the military. I am in the medical field and it is one of the more challenging specialties to recruit. I started using Clarins a number of years ago as some of the active duty military installations carry their face and body products. Works best on combination to oily skin

When I was in my 20’s I suffered from acne and excess oily skin. I began seeing an aesthetician monthly for facial treatments. At the time I also started using this oil. My facialist really noticed a decrease in oil production in my skin. In addition the oil leaves my skin soothed and comforted from some of the dehydration that takes place from acne treatments. I continue to keep this on hand and use several nights a week after toning and before moisturizer. I’m in my mid 30’s now and I occasionally will have breakouts this continues to help! All the oils are fantastic from Clarins. Lotus is ideal for that combination acnaic skin! Love love love it.

Wow wow wow

I went to Clarins in boots in rotherham park gate. The lady at Clarins gave me this as a sample after purchasing a product and my god!! I’ve had acne for years!!! I’m 32 years of age with oily skin and nothing! Has helped. This product!!! I could cry with happiness!!! After 2 weeks of use my face has completely transformed my face colour has balanced out. Redness has gone down. My oily skin is no longer as oily. Skin brightness is 100% showing and I honestly! Cannot thank this lady enough she has literally changed my life after using endless of expensive products over the years I will be buying this till the day I die I’m telling you ♥️♥️♥️ Also the smell!!! it’s literally like being at the spa thank you!!!!
