We were so lucky to have the best customer service at Myer..they fitted my daughter perfectly to a wide fitting shoe for school. We always struggle to find a wide enough shoe for her plus they needed to be brown. As they did not stock the brown colour they ordered them and had them sent directly to our door. We highly recommend.

Shoes are comfortable and supportive. She has worn them from day 1 with no issue. Did not need to be worn in. Will buy again when she grows out of them.

This style is true to fit lengthwise but is generous in terms of width. Our fit specialists recommend trying 1 size bigger and 1 width size down than what your child measures to allow for optimal growing room and a secure fit.
Order came earlier than expected and in great timing for start of school! The product was well packaged and great quality shoe. Fits well on my son and looks great!
I ordered brown school shoes for my daughter but instead they sent me black ones. I called them and wrote emails asking them to send me the correct ones. They asked me to send the black shoes back, and I did. After more than one month, I still haven’t gotten the correct pairs of shoes! Terrible service!
