These were a present for my son and he’s never been happier with a pair of boots. After years of buying himself cheaper alternatives, I thought I’d indulge him as Clarks had a promotion on all boots. He cannot believe the comfort and quality, never mind the stylish look, of these boots and is now a convert to Clarks Originals Desert Boots. No going back, these are affordable, stylish, high-quality and above all comfortable!

These boots are light and strong. Well made it’s a pity they don’t do them in a wider fitting as they are very narrow. So was unable to order them for a wider fitting family member.

These look great and are very high quality. Only observation is they look soft but are pretty firm, so may chafe with thin sicks (or no socks). I wear them with a medium sock and they are very comfortable. Very pleased with them.

Shoe is no longer a Clark’s original despite claims they are the ‘original’Wider fit, worse fit and no longer the iconic shoe it was. I own 4pairs of deserts (original ones) but regretfully binned my black suede ones due to them being well worn. Why have you changed the branding???Am I the only person who isn’t bothered by the entity change and change in fit? It’s like Adidas changing the trefoil for the 3stripes. Disappointing after service in relation to this too. Stuck with shoes that’s don’t fit and are not what I ordered
This is my third pair of Clark’s dessert boots. I feel the suede on these isn’t as soft as previous boots I’ve bought. These feel a lot stiffer and the suede not as good quality. The boot is also a little higher on the ankle compared to previous boots I’ve bought. However I’m keeping them because they still look good. I’m just a little disappointed with the overall quality in comparison.
Versatile, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I've had these boots for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. I wore these shoes during my 4 month stay in Italy and travels all throughout Europe. I've traveled, hiked, and walked for miles in these shoes and they are beyond comfortable. The quality doesn't disappoint, they get better with age. These classics are stylish as well. You can dress them up or down. Love these shoes! Already looking to purchase another pair.
The soles are an off-white, textured rubber that are colored on the side edges. The coloring doesn't cover very well so you can see the rubber color through it. I imagine it will look worse over time as it wears off. It makes the boots look cheap.
They’re not comfortable. At all. Clarks desert boots used to be. But for some bizarre reason they are no longer ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Can I at least get a copy of the review you rejected? I forgot to save all that text for my own records.
These boots are fantastic. They feel great and look great with anything. I’ve been wearing this style of boot since high school ( 1965 ) and still get comments on then. I wish the Brown Sand color was available in mens, other than that I’m ordering another pair.
in the recent years quality of this shoes decreased very much. Moreover the fit G as only available is a shame.i wear this shoes since 30 years ago.now it sucksbecause in recent years quality decreased .because there is no more fit Fbecause for the same price you have to be lucky to find the model made in italy instead of vietnambecause before i walked 2 years everyday with a pair, today after 6 months the boots are completly destroyed.
