Amazing service that will have me coming back time and time again. We ordered 4 fans one of which turned out to be faulty and after reporting this T&W sent a new fan in the post. Oh and the fans plus the replacement fan all turned up very quickly. Awesome experience

I've already installed 3 of these fans in white colour. I was so impressed with the quality and low noise factor, I decided to purchase more for the other rooms in the house. The only issue is these fans are not always in stick, so grab them whilst I you can. Note that you need to follow the instructions carefully or you'll be redoing some steps to get it right.

Beautiful, simple design. Very quiet which is perfect. One thing that i didn't realise is that the fan operates only by the remote. I couldn't have it wired to an existing powerpoint. So always store the remote in its (mounted) dock (if you don't like losing them). Nice.

Exactly what we wanted. Quiet fan, simple modern design, great price. We already have downlights in the room so we didn't need a fan with a light in it. Plus delivery was quick!

Purchased 3 of these Whisper DC fans in white. The fans seem well constructed and are very quiet and they look fantastic. The only minor issues I encountered were: 1. The instructions do not exactly match the fan e.g. remove 3 screws.... when in fact there were 6 screws. 2. The fan blades take a bit of manipulation to align on the base. The trick is to put on the 3 blades and gradually tighten each screw and ensure each blade aligns with the next. I also found that moving a blade to a different position helped with alignment 3. Inserting the control module into the ceiling mount was cumbersome as there is not much space with all the wires. Pairing multiple fans in close proximity required the other fans to be switched off i.e. power isolated, so only the fan being paired was in range Other than that, item was well packed albeit the styrofoam is messy when unboxing I do recommend this product.

I was looking for a fan that was sleek, stylish, and most importantly quiet! I found it! In love with these! I had them installed in the lounge and bedroom. On the lowest setting they are completely silent, only the faintest of sounds when you're trying to sleep. Still powerful though! I haven't needed to have them on anything higher than 3/5. You start to hear it when it gets to 3 and above, but nothing offensive. The black looks so good, especially with my black window frames. Very happy with my purchase

Review of Claro Whisper DC Ceiling Fan - White 48

Fans look great. 2 electricians came to install 2 x fans and were done within an hour (we have good access into roof though). Our room is 3.5m x 2.5m and the 48 inch version fits well but doesn't look too big. Fans are very quiet, slowest setting is perfect for sleeping. The actual remote is different to what is shown in the online pictures - not a problem though, just an FYI. Using the power consumption chart on here the running costs on the lowest setting work out to be ~ 2 cents an hour, which almost seems too good to be true! Would definitely recommend.
