You WILL burn your eyeballs. Also place the contacts in the baskets before attempting to open the solution to fill it. If you get just a small amount of solution on your finger and take out your contacts, you’ll regret it. It sounds scary but if you do it properly this solution is the best that I’ve found! Highly recommend!

My eyes do not feel tired, heavy, and dry like they do when I use other solutions. I have tried other solutions without the hydrogen peroxide and it never fails, my eyes are always tired and dry. The only downfall to this is that they do have to soak for minimum 6 hours. If you take your lens out for the night and decide afterwards you need to go out somewhere, you are out of luck, you have to wait for 6 hours. A quality product, except for its size.

It fails to meet expectations because product is not available in 3 oz. size. For some bizarre reason, this manufacturer, Alcon, discontinued producing Clear Care Plus in TSA-approved travel size, just as travel was re-opening in 2021 following the covid pandemic. I buy the regular 24-oz. bottles for home use, then pour the product in a 3 oz-sized bottle. SUGGESTION: Perhaps CVS can produce their equivalent product in 3 oz. size? That would solve things.

Best cleaner but need 2 cases in dual packs

I took off a star because it would be much better to include 2 cases in the 2 pack. I find my contacts get cleaner when it’s new. I think the case should be changed at least with each bottle. Either include an extra or sell them separately. I’m not sure how the “gear” at the bottom works with the hydrogen peroxide but it loses a lot of the fizz as I get to the end of a bottle of solution. You want to be extra careful not to get it in your eyes until it has had several hours to neutralize. Well, I gave that Clear Care Plus contact lens cleaner a try, and let me tell ya, it ain’t like any of them other solutions I’ve used before. Normally, I’d just toss my lenses in somethin’ quick and be done with it, but this here stuff with its hydrogen peroxide? It cleans ‘em up good, kinda like takin’ your truck through the deluxe wash. I let ‘em soak for the full 6 hours, like it says, and when I put ‘em in, boy, it was like a breath of fresh air for my eyes. Way more comfortable than any of them cheaper ones I’ve tried.Now, you can actually see it bubblin’ up, workin’ its magic, and that’s kinda like watchin’ your boat get scrubbed down before hittin’ the lake. Clear Care but wait there's more! This is a great price and an awesome product however why does Sams Club always have to have some charity group outside the exit door wanting money or its the girl scouts selling cookies or some church group. I thought this is a private membership club. No need to have all these groups looking for a handout or selling crap we dont need. I like the Girlscouts but send them to Walmart next door. Also glad your checking out our Membership card at the entrance. I was seeing Homeless people coming in eating all the food samples. Other than that, Sams is wonderful. I’m pleased with the feel and choose to pay the increased price difference. This system does take more attention. First, I cannot remove them from the cleaning solution and immediately put them in my eye, I have to rinse them first or they’ll burn. One more detail in life that needs attention. That also means I still use a saline solution to rinse and now purchase two different items. Second, they must remain in the solution for six hours. Once, I put them in the solution to clean and 2 hours later we needed to leave the house. Great Disinfecting/Cleaning System

This is a wonderful product for disinfecting/cleaning contacts. I enjoy watching the chemical reaction between the hydrogen peroxide and the contact holding apparatus. I would highly recommend using this system as it eliminates the need to rub the contacts between the fingers, which has always bothered me - I typically have rough fingertips. The apparatus is functional for the two bottles of solution that come in the box. Don’t forget to purchase sterile saline solution for cleaning the apparatus and preparing the contact lens for insertion.This is a cool and efficient system.

I tried storing it in a warmer place, letting it sit for well over the recommended time (I did 12 hours), and making sure I was using the exact amount to the fill line. After the five days of working fine, it started scorching my eyes every time I’d put contacts in, like it was fresh out of the bottle. I’ve read discussions that many people have this problem with this specific product. Others recommend using Clear Care only (no plus or hydraglyde), or generic brand. Regular contact solution makes my contacts feel rubbery. After all of the years of using this solution, I've only gotten the peroxide in my eyes once and that was a user error on my part. I was in my thoughts and decided not to wear contacts one day. I set the contacts in the basket and stored them as usual. Minutes later, I was still not fully present and absent-mindedly took the contacts out of the basket and put one in my eye.
