Now the reason I'm mad is because it is just SOOO expensive for how much product there is. I find myself replacing it quite often, and at $56 for something I never needed before, that is quite a lot. With most Clinique products a little goes a long way, but maybe because it absorbs so fast, I find myself using closer to half or a full dropper on my face, compared to the "one or two drops" that the description calls for. That would never spread over my whole face, or at least not enough to do anything. I probably absorb that much with my fingers! I also have beef with the bottle, because it is not transparent so you have no idea how much product you get in the first place, and no way to know when it is empty until the dropper all of a sudden can't get anything. I wish there was a bigger size so that the price was a little less per ml. If I use this twice a day it would probably be gone in a month or less. Considering foundation is $37 and lasts 5 or 6 months, and moisturizers are about $50 and also last multiple months, this is hella pricey.

The climate where I live tends to result in a dry forehead and cheekbones and a moderately oily t-zone, which this system (used only at night) in conjunction with Clinique Moisture Surge on the dryer areas of my face and swapped out every other day or every two days with Philosophy Pure and Kiehls Hydrating Cream, is tending to very nicely (knock on wood!). Clearer, softer, more even complexion already. So far much preferred over proactiv, which could be very unforgiving to my skin, and which was not always very good at tackling my normally very mild and sparse blemishes. The Clinique however is doing a much better job of addressing my relatively subtle spot problems and has made my skin very even toned, not an easy feat in the cold, dry weather I live in. I will note that I implement all of my skincare routines with a Clarisonic Mia which I started using about 4 months ago (and am in love with) and I do think that it has definitely boosted the efficacy of all the products I use. So this product actually doesn’t prevent breakouts in my opinion. I use this only on my forehead, since I’m 25 and developing expression lines there. I specifically needed a wrinkle treatment that wouldn’t break me out. I can say the fine lines on my forehead are starting to disappear within my first month of use!! Which is making the 3 deeper forehead lines look more prominent... I’m sure with time it will correct those as well. Between my eye brows and above them , my forehead looks smooth and radiant . Also, very quickly absorbed. No sticky feeling or greasy residue. I was suggested this product in store for my acne. As soon as I put this product on my face it felt tacky but I let it slide. 2 weeks pass NO RESULTS, NO IMPROVEMENT, I let more time pass convinced myself to try it again. But it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This product costs so much for it to not work. I still am convincing myself to use this since it costed me a lot.

Best Anti-Acne/Fine Lines Product EVER

I am 45. I have had moderate acne all of my life. I now have fine lines. This product has changed my life. I figured out I was not getting all my makeup off washing my face, after I began vigorously using Neutrogena face wipes. That settled down the acne, but this product put the acne TO REST. I use it in the night and morning. The best thing is that it has eliminated a lot of my undereye fine lines, and the fine lines around my mouth. I will never not have this!!!!! Buy it now!!! It takes about a month for you to see results. Be patient!

After my third or fourth night of use, I noticed that it was having an effect on a mole I have had for at least 10 years. Y'all, I'm not even lying, but this product destroyed my mole. Now, I was not emotionally attached to this mole, but my mole never hurt anyone and it was fine just sitting there on my face. This product killed it -- it was like it ate it off of my skin. Yes, I know that sounds disgusting, but that's literally what happened. After the 4th time and me noticing my mole dying, I stopped using the product altogether. It was too late to save my mole. (RIP mole) While I want something to kill my acne, I think it's a little too strong if it can do that to a perfectly fine mole. IDK. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I have never had a face product do that before. It should be noted that I do tend to have sensitive skin, so others may not experience the issues I did. I am attaching a picture of the current status of my skin where the mole WAS.

Easy and Effective Serum for Acne

I was skeptical as I usually am regarding acne products. I didn't have acne as a teen, but starting getting it in my late twenties. I used this entire bottle before writing this review and let me tell you, it works. Consistency is key (like most skin care routines), but I noticed a huge difference in my acne, my redness and even some of my fine lines. I use this once daily at night after cleansing with an acne cleanser. While my skin is damp, I rub a nickel sized amount into my face, jaw and neck until absorbed, avoiding eye area. I finish with eye cream and my moisture surge 100 hour and my skin was noticeable better after about a week. And now, three months later, it is glowy.

Multi-tasking Acne serum!

This is a very gentle acne serum as described. It leaves skin matte, no oily shine or dewy look form using this. It is slightly hydrating but might not be enough hydration for a type 1 skin in the winter, or in a very cold climate. No stinging. No burning or discomfort. Very gentle. The applicator is nice as it helps you control exactly how much is dispensed. It also clarifies skin in addition to controlling acne and softening lines. Pairs nicely with other Acne Solutions products or 3 step regimen. Dries down quickly for easy layering.

As I'm very pale skinned it is a good test of the effectiveness of the product as when skin is a fair as mine EVERY imperfection shows up but like I said, it's clear and glowing. Considering how Clinique make large sizes of other products which works out at less packaging overall they should also at least do a 50ml size. Clinique should take a lead from other brands and put their serums in the necessary sized bottles.
