I use this cleanser every morning (and Clinique for men charcoal cleanser every night) and I love it. It is clear and has a gel consistency. It foams up a lot when you rub it into your skin and has a nice cooling sensation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do find myself reaching for the charcoal cleanser some mornings when I feel like I need a deeper cleanse. It’s very gentle which some people might love and some people might not. I cleanse morning and night, so this typically doesn’t present any issues because nothing really happens to my skin Overnight that I need a deep cleanse usually, but if I use an overnight mask or anything of that sort, I will go for the charcoal cleanser in the morning

Really , I love this product as it Prevents pimples and blackheads and prevents excess oil from forming on skin. Prevents acne and scars. I think this product don't need any improvement. It's Gentle in use. I will buy it again and again, And i will recommend it to my all relatives , friends and all people. It is the best face wash i've ever used.

My husband absolutely loves this face wash! He is usually not so vocal about certain things once he is you know it’s legit! He told me that it doesn’t dry out his skin but it also controls the oils in his skin. He has seen a reduction in blemishes consistently using this twice a day and the scent is fresh and clean.

A little goes a long way

A very effective face wash that I use as part of the prescribed 3-step approach. Overall, it is helping reduce T-zone shine and general oiliness. It seem very mild and not at all drying, so am somewhat perplexed as to how it works so well! Good value too as a little lathers up well to give a good thorough cleanse.

Definitely helps

I've always had an oily complexion and most cheaper facial scrubs clean well, but leave my face quite oily about 30 minutes after a shower. So I thought I'd spend a little extra and get the Clinique for Men Face Wash Oily Skin Formula. It took about a week, but my skin is definitely less oily after each nightly shower. I feel that the product still cleans my skin well, but doesn't result in an oily outburst in the hours after. I still have and I guess i always will have an oily complexion, but the clinique oil control fave wash definiely helps control it. I will continue to buy this product as the extra cost is worth it.

Prefer Clinique Men (Extra Strength) Soap Bar

I have been using Clinique Men extra strength soap bar since the late 80s. It worked really well for my oily skin type. I used this Clinique liquid oil control face wash product for when I travel until the soap bar discontinued abruptly from 2020. It is never the same but it does the job. I wish Clinique will bring back the men soap bar.

Resolved oily skin issues

I am a long time Clinique fan and was so excited when I saw this product. I bought it for my husband and it has resolved his oily skin issues, amongst other things. I have noticed decreased pore size, and his skin is less irritated than it used to be.

Thought it would be great... it sucked

The only problem I have with my skin is that it's very oily. My pores are naturally very small and my skins not too prone to breaking out unless I'm eating lots of oily food or not drinking enough water. After the first use I loved this, it left my face matte and helped clear up a couple pimples i had at the time. A few days later however i noticed that my pores had gotten bigger so to give the product a fair chance i stopped using it to see if my pores would shrink again, in case it was a diet thing, and then go back to it. After about a week I started using the face wash again and not only did my pores get bigger again but, my skin had started to peel, and my skin was much more susceptible to breaking out ( I've watched a line of four huge pimples grow on my cheek ... MoreThe only problem I have with my skin is that it's very oily. Very good with reasonable price.

Finding a suitable skin care product is not easy. I tried this after using quite a few other brands. It doesn’t make my skin feel dry and that is one thing that you want from a daily face wash. I recommend to try it if you have an oily skin like me. If it works for you, stick with it.
